52. Best laid plans...

After Bakugo had set the tin down in front of your door, knocking to alert you it was there, he'd joined the rest of the squad in Kirishimas room.

All of them had been sent a message, and even Cheeks was invited, the girl looking a little nervous as she stuck close to Mina's side... She wasn't really part of the group, only by association with you and Mina, but for whatever Kirishima had in mind, she was clearly an intrigal part.

"So... What's all this then?" Sero chuckled once Bakugo had joined them, nervously looking towards Kirishima, having not been part of the last squad meet when you had been the topic of discussion...

"It's clearly about (y/n), right?" Bakugo huffed, his head tilting pointedly towards Ochako who tensed a little, feeling too much like an outsider. But he had to be right. If she was there, it was about you.

"Yeah. I think Kami's little stunt has thrown her off a little." Kiri stated, sharing a look with Sero and Bakugo, both having been clear witness to your omegan wobble in the kitchen.

Kaminari groaned softly, rubbing at the back of his neck.

"I'm really sorry. I am! I thought she'd be okay, she's not been affected by her omega for a long time-"

"You don't know that." Mina cut her off bitterly, crossing her arms."You don't know what's been going on in her head."

Kaminari scoffed, rolling his eyes at the femal alpha, drawing a growl from her.

"You keep forgetting you've probably upset her more than anyone. You literally pushed her into Todorokis jaws. L i t e r a l l y." He drawls, the memory flashing in his head and making him blink back a groan.

"I will blow your head off if you bring that up again." Bakugo said, all too calmly and Kaminari immediately snapped his mouth shut.

The immediate submissiveness was strange to him, but he knew when he'd fucked up and wanted to stay on the good side of things. He wanted you to be able to relax and smile at him again, not look at him with fear or distrust. He'd never put you in a situation like that again. Ever.

Mina sighed loudly, throwing her head back after the accusation that she'd upset you, her mind drifting guiltily to the showers.

"She knows I didn't mean it! It was all hormones and it was either be a grouch or... Yanno..." She flushed, earning a raised brow from Kirishima.

"I thought female Alphas weren't as effected?"

She gives a deadpan look in return, puffing her chest when Kaminari and Bakugo seemed to listen rather intently too.

"You try being right there in front of her when she's naked and horny and see how you fare."

"Moving on!" Kirishima stuttered, his face a little flushed with the vivid image of you and Mina having some fun in the showers, saving it for later.

"So, last time we gathered was... Well... We talked about a pack. For (y/n)."

Any fussing and blushing was stilled, the air quiet as the group thought about how open ended the last discussion was. No clear answer.

Bakugo huffed, nodding his head to Ochako.

"If cheeks is invited, that better damn well mean Deku isn't!"

That made Ochako shrink back, feeling incredibly uncomfortable about this whole thing. Sure, it may be all for you, but she didn't know where her relationship with Midoriya was going... Did she even want to be in a pack full stop?

"Can Betas even be part of a pack?" Sero asked, tilting his head and thankfully drawing the heat off of Ochako.

"It's not that uncommon." Mina chirps, rubbing Ochakos arm soothingly. "And you don't have to be part of anything. Pack isn't the only reason we're here." She glances up at Kirishima who gives a gentle smile in return and Bakugo scowls. What were the two of them planning?
