Waking up from your inner struggle on the sofa of Reynards office didn't surprise you.

Having her softly pet your arm and offer you a cup of tea wasn't odd.

It was life.

Step one: Get fucked over by the little omega in your brain, and step two: Simply get delivered to the only other omega in your life who seemed to have it all under control...

You were grateful when she didn't pry, simply observing you to ensure you were back to full functionality before allowing you to leave.

Almost numbly, you walked back to the dorms, hearing a barrage of whispers the moment you began to cross the common area, hearing Kaminari jump to his feet and run over, his scent back to usual levels but an undertone of guilt was flooding the air around him.

"(Y/N) I'm so so sorry, I didn't realise how-" he was cut off when Mina smacked him upside the head, growling a little.

"Give her some god damn space you ass!" She hissed, but smiled softly towards you, her eyes sympathetic.

"You feeling okay?"

'No' you wanted to answer. How many times did you have to tell everyone? No. Nothing was okay anymore. It stung to be asked that. You just wanted to be left alone...

No, that wasn't true.

You wanted your security blanket.

Your unofficial Alpha.

Your eyes automatically searched for Todoroki around the common area but couldn't spot him. Maybe he was in his room?

Then again, were you ready to talk about the whole situation...? About how you just wanted him to take some frustrations out on... Nothing else? It was selfish of you, but right now you didn't care.

For whatever reason, you were numb.

Maybe over stimulated from your panic attack?

You swallowed thickly when you looked around the room, knowing that everyone here saw your hormonal break down. You could practically hear their thoughts as they avoided your eyes.

'How on earth is she ever going to make it as a hero?'

'This is why Omegas can't be heroes.'

'What would she have done if an Alpha villain had cornered her?'

"Uh, (y/n)...?" Mina leaned forward into your space a little, snapping her fingers when you seemed to zone out and you shrugged the thoughts to the back of your head, frowning at the pink Alpha before you.

Why did she care?

She was done, right? Or just being a fair weather friend?

She wasn't your ride or die bestie anymore...she told you that herself not one day ago.

"I'm fine."

"Okay... Are you sure you're alrig-"

"I'm fine, Mina." You said firmly, stepping aside from her to head into the kitchen, not seeing the slapped look of hurt across her face.

Food. You wanted food.

Your stomach felt so empty, aching, as if you hadn't eaten for days, even though you'd had quite the hearty lunch with class B.

Why were you so famished?

You weren't the only one who seemed to be hungry.

On entering the kitchen, you could hear Kiri and Sero singing along to the radio as they stacked up some hefty sandwiches, wiggling their hips as they darted from the fridge to the counter, serenading each other to am overly bassy pop song.
