Goro snapped out of his horrified gaze as he hears the yelling, "GORO! GORO GET OUTTA HERE! THERE'S A CRAZY CREATURE HERE!" He starts running around the "room" he's in whilst shouting, "HANG ON AKINA, I'M COMING!" A door materialises in front of him and opens to reveal the long corridor with the strange creature with green eyes clawing at a section of the wall screeching, "TRESPASSORS MUST DIE!" Goro's mind was too far frazzled. After all he had seen and gone through mentally his demon instincts become more dominant in his mind. Once the creature dared to look at him and screech at him and launch itself at him, his mind snapped and he transformed into a giant brown furred and red eyed dog and launches at the creature with an intent to kill.

Meanwhile in a cave in a different city, Chiharu walks deep inside the cave with a torch on. She came to a stop when she saw a stone coffin with the carving in it's lid reding: Demoda Ayaka and a dog paw print under the name. Chiharu snaps her fingers, causing many hidden torches that lined the walls light up, allowing Chiharu to see the dead flowers littering the floor around the coffin. Chiharu glares at the flowers before she swipes her right hand to the side, making the flowers erupt into flames. "Trust you to still be heartless after what you have done." A cold make voice speaks from behind her, making her turn to see a tall pale skinned male with long black hair, pointed ears and black eyes with a red downward triangle tattooed under both his eyes, and was wearing large white kimono robe with red autumn leaves decorating the sleeves. Chiharu gasps and breathes out, "Riku!"
He narrows his eyes at her and says coldly, "That's Lord Demoda to you." He moves towards the coffin and opens it up to see his beloved daughter's well preserved body, that was dressed in a white kimono and perfectly groomed brown locks. One would think she wasn't a corpse, but merely a realistic figure of a sleeping woman. Riku places his right hand gently against her cold cheek and strokes it whilst saying, "I pray that your husband is treating you right in the afterlife." Chiharu ruins the moment by saying, "I didn't know that you had been tending to her corpse, since you are a Demon Lord now." Riku removes his hand from his daughter's cheek but still keeps his eyes on her form as he responds, "She's my daughter, I will always have time for her. Even if all that lies before me is her dead body." Chiharu scoffs and asks, "Where were you when she died then?"
Riku's eyes changed from pools of black to pools of red and his teeth sharpened as he swiftly spins away from the coffin and faces the woman that birthed his child and growled out, "How dare you!? You were the one that lied to me and said that she had invited you over to fix your relationship, only for you to kidnap her and torture her! OUR DAUGHTER!!!" Chiharu felt a shiver of fear as Riku had never once gotten angry with her so much that he would show the dangerous side of his kind. "Why did you do it? WHY?!" Chiharu tried her best to prevent her body from shaking but it couldn't be done, Riku could see that he had filled his former lover with fear and he was glad, because he truly wanted her to know that he hasn't forgiven her and never will forgive her for killing their daughter, and that anger would increase after hearing Chiharu's answer. "She wasn't our daughter, Riku. She is not the baby girl I had a vision about that had so much power that she would take down my father and bring harmony to the realms. I think father knew that his first assassination attempt had failed and so he swapped our baby girl with someone else's."
Riku's demonic energy flared up and lit his body up as his intent to kill the woman he had married, reached a new level. His right hand gripped Chiharu's throat and began to crush her windpipe and growls out, "How dare you make such crap up! My mother was the one that helped you give birth and we never let Ayaka out of our sight until she was of age! Did it never occur to you that the vision you had was of another person's child?!" He could see that Chiharu was close to death and he couldn't help but allow the feeling of satisfaction begin to fill him until a vision had appeared in his mind. This vision took him by surprise that much, that it caused him to release Chiharu from his deadly grip, and for some odd reason, Chiharu didn't move away from him or do any from of retaliation. She just stared at him in confusion as she watched his face of rage convert to confusion to then revert to the blank look he had at the beginning. Riku walks away from Chiharu whilst talking, "Destiny has spoken. You are not destined to die by my hand, but I do have a role to play to ensure justice does prevail. This is not the last you will be seeing me. Farewell, Chiharu." And with that he disappears before Chiharu could speak or act.

Goro had snapped out of his animalistic daze to see the blood that decorated the halls, and the broken pieces of mannequin decorating the floor. But he didn't focus on the changes that he had caused to his surroundings, due to his nose picking up Akina's scent. He followed it to the cleanest area of the hallway, which was a section of wall with claw marks on it, but the marks begun to fade away and a wooden door form. The door creaks open to show him a large bright light that temporarily blinded him, before disappearing, allowing him to see Akina standing before a floating opened binder, which then snaps shut and bursts into flames. "What the hell..." Akina breathes out in disbelief, before Goro then asks, "What was that?" Akina turns to him with a scared look on her face and manages to whisper out, "We're not safe here." Goro looks at her with a blank face and replies, "Agreed."
Hello Fellow Stars. I have finally finished placement for uni, but I have still got a lot of uni related stuff to stress over, so I do apologise for my updates seeming all over the place. I hope some of you are enjoying your summer holidays with your friends and family.
But I would like to highlight something that other writers would probably agree with me on. I have received comments in my private inbox as well as on this book speaking against the style of writing I have chosen. If you don't like it you don't need to complain about it to the writers especially as the majority of books are done in a similar style, maybe not in wattpad but still. I have got plenty on my plate and don't need people choosing to criticise this book. If you don't like it don't read it. I was eventually going to write in POVs but I couldn't do this from the start as my main character is in a bloody coma and not entirely involved in everything going on around her, but if you actually pay attention you would notice strange things mentioned. I understand if some of you are confused, but then again the beginning of this book is purposefully made to confuse the readers so there is no need for my inbox to be filled with these complaints.
