Akina's POV

"And it's Kurama versus Gama. You may begin!" Koto announces the fight after myself and Yusuke finally left the ring. With that I watch as Gama pulls out two white glowing sticks that soon reveal themselves to be paint brushes. "Tell me demon traitor, what does the word 'makeup' bring to mind?" Gama asks Kurama with a serious tone. "Human females, no doubt. A little gloss to attract the next mate. Disgusting isn't it? The way Humans manage to bastardize everything they touch. Over centuries the Human influence has infected the Spirit World as well." He puts one of the brushes against his face, making an orange outline appear around his eyes as he continues speaking. "Now, few Demons even know it's original power." The other brush paints his pale lips blue, and he then moves the brushes to decorate his body in blue swirls, red/orange marks on the chest and shoulder and other various areas before placing the brushes into containers hanging at his waist. It is then he powers up his Spirit Energy, making his now painted body be encased in red aura. "Allow me to show you."

"Now, I haven't seen that one before. Gama's covered his body with some sort of face paint. And now his Spirit Energy is going insane." Koto comments on what we are all seeing before Gama then leaps towards Kurama, who thankfully leaps out of the way. "It would seem he is a close combat fighter." Goro mumbles from beside me, making me turn to see that Goro was in fact watching the fight and pausing from reading the instructions written in the book. "Remember it is still the beginning of the fight, Goro. Both your grandfather and Chiharu always told us to always analyse the fight and never make assumptions after the first few seconds or minutes in a fight." I couldn't help but say to Goro as I turn to continue to watch Kurama's fight with deep concern as I see Gama continue to through hits at Kurama at various angles, but thankfully Kurama continues to dodge them in various ways. "Gama's decorations really seem to boost his power. Kurama can't even squeeze in a counterattack." Koto comments as the dance of one throwing punches whilst the other dodges continues. "Why has he not yet tried an attack?" I can't help but ask, leading to Goro saying, "I'm not sure, but it would be in his best interest if he does so."

Gama then tries to land a hit from above, but once again Kurama manages to dodge, but Gama is quick to rush after him. "I know all about you and your plant concoctions, Kurama." Gama says as he continues to wildly through punches at the still silent Kurama, who continues to dodge all his attacks. "And I don't plan to give you time to make them." Gama made and upper cut punch that Kurama barely managed to dodge, but as a consequence I can see he lost his footing, making him slip and fall to the ground. "Let me demonstrate what I mean!" Gama shouts as he pulls out the paint brushes that seem to be coated in ink this time and he slashes them at Kurama, just as Kurama recovers from his fall and leaps away. But I grow concerned when Gama laughs and Kurama groans and seems to be struggling to move his left leg. I look at that leg and spot a glowing purple mark above Kurama's ankle. "If you don't mind me asking, what exactly have you done to me?" Kurama asks as he stares down at the foreign mark on his body. "Your leg feels like a giant block of lead, doesn't it?" Gama asks whilst laughing. "That smell." I hear Kurama breath out. "Let me get this straight. You can't move any part of your body that gets marked up by that junk?" Yusuke ends up asking out loud. I turn to him and say, "Sadly it would seem so." I then turn to Goro and ask, "Do you think you can get started on it without me?" Goro nods and says, "I can sense your panic. It's okay, my energy should be enough to assist them."
