Chapter Thirty- One

Although I didn’t think I was in love with Jason I knew at this point that I wanted him. Ive always wanted him.

With that I smiled and ran out the door as fast as I could. I ran to where I just left Jason sitting there upset, all alone. What a bitch! I left him there alone! What kind of person am I?! I was too wrapped up in my own shit to worry about the one person in the world I care a lot about! He probably hates me! As I was stuck in my head I didn’t realize I almost smacked right into the door. I stopped right before I hit it, but yet I still looked up from the ground… what the hell?

“Oh my god Ali! Are you alright?! I am so sorry I didn’t see you!” Jenni screamed dropping down to her knees next to me.

“Wow, I did not see that one coming.” I started cracking up while trying to spit out words.

We both just started laughing she helped me up and I had almost forgotten what I was doing. I said good bye and I told her I would see her later, but right now I needed to find Jason. I ran out to the bench but he was gone.

“Jason? Are you out here?”

No answer. Shit! I was too late I took too long talking to Jenni and wasting my time realizing I was completely and totally in love with Jason. I walked back up the stairs frustrated until yet again I found myself looking up at the ceiling.

“Oh my god! Again!”

“Oh Ali sweetheart I’m sorry are you alright?”

“Yeah I’m good Emma.” I said as she helped me off the ground.

“I’m glad I ran into you though, Luke told me about Jason! Eekk were going shopping!”

“What? Why?” I asked quickly.

“You need a new outfit for tonight!”

“Oh okay.”

We ran out into the big cold city and started shopping around… a lot. We got back to the hotel around 9 o’clock that night and started to get ready and then went to go claim our spots at the 2nd stage where the boys would be preforming. We had passes so we got to stand right up next to the stage where police guards stand to keep raging fans away. When we got there at 10:30 Luke and Jenni were already standing there watching and cheering as Justin Beiber sang his famous song “baby” followed by “Beauty and the Beat.”

“Hey guys!” I yelled over the screaming crowds of girls.

“Oh… my… GOD!!! Ali you look hot!!” Jenni yelled back at me jumping on me almost knocking me over.

“Thanks! I better; I’ve been shopping all fucking day!”

“Hahahaha, Omg look its Justin Beiber! Omg, Omg, Omg…. HE IS COMING THIS DIRECTION!!!!!! EEEKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!! How do I look?!?!”

“You look great but don’t forget about jack!”

“Oh I Won’t! I love jack!! Justin’s just like a dream to meet and Omg he is right behind you!”

We both turned to face Justin who was now standing right next to us.

“Hey guys! You like the show?”

“Omg! Justin I like, love your music!” Jenni screamed almost blowing my eardrum.

“Ha-ha I’m guessing you’re a fan?”

“Uhh yes!! Who wouldn’t be??!?”

“I don’t know ha-ha what about you, are you a fan?” Justin said turning to me now.

“Yeah of course! Your songs are amazing!!”

“That’s good! So what are your guy’s names?”

“I’m Ali, and that’s Jenni.”

“Sweet. So how come you guys got passes to be up here?”

“Were friends with the band The Gaze.” I stated as calmly as possible while my mind went directly to Jason.

“Oh really wow! They are amazing!”

“You’re telling me!”

“Can I have your autograph?!?!?!” Jenni blurted out forcing me out of my thoughts.

“Yeah of course! Anything for fans!”

Justin then turned around and grabbed to pictures of him and signed them for the both of us. Then we each took a quick photo with him before he had to go over to the next stage. We said our good byes and thanked him for the autographs. We heard the announcer announce that The Gaze was coming up next, I couldn’t believe it was already 11:30 where had all the time gone?

I looked up on the stage to see the boys up there getting their instruments ready I caught Jason’s gaze but he quickly adverted it when he saw Luke standing next to me. I realized then that no one had told him about me and Luke being over. I then felt a surge of jealousy rip through me when I heard some girl in the crowd yell “Omg!!! Jason I love you!! Marry me?!?!?!!?” I almost turned and punched her but realized I wasn’t even with Jason! I can’t be jealous! That kind of stuff is going to be happening all the time! I looked back up on stage to see Noah lean over and whisper in Jason’s ear, Jason just looked over and caught my gaze and just held it with a small smile on his face, not a mean smile just a sweet smile that let me know that Noah just told him me and Luke broke up. He finally adverted his gaze when he realized they had to start.

They sung a couple of songs then took a quick break but weren’t allowed to come talk to us. It was 11:55, 5 minutes until midnight they had sung a couple more songs then were supposed to stop but they decided they were gonna sing one more song before the new year. They started to sing and all at once it hit me…
