EDDIE MUNSON WAS BACK. It wasn't a celebration too many people at school, but his friends had made a big scene of it all through their lunch break.

Sally was sitting with her friends in the cafeteria, their respective spot under the outside bleachers being ruined because of the rain. She hadn't spoken too Eddie yet, not one word since she'd cancelled on him the week prior.

It had been many reasons why, either being convinced to hang out with Steve and Robin, or helping her mother with dinner and shopping because she was now juggling two jobs. She had too step up now, it was stressful but had to be done.

Eddie had understood for the most part, the hanging with her friends being a little unneeded too him. She'd told him that it was possible for him to revise on his own, which he'd grumbled at.

She'd started too miss his presence, he had truly made his mark on her. Watching him from across the cafeteria, he flipped off people that had unnecessary things too say and being rowdy as his group celebrated his return. Sadly, this also meant Tommy Hagan was back.

Now mindlessly eating her lunch and conversing in conversation, she jumped as she heard a bang on the lunch table from across the room.

Multiple eyes turned too the sound, seeing the satire Munson boy bowing in-front of everyone from atop of the table. His group cheered from below him and started to simultaneously bang on the tables.

As Eddie strutted along the table, Tommy stood up from his own seat, voicing his obnoxious words. "You better watch your back freak" He emptily threatened, Eddie only smirking at him and flipping him off like he did to everyone else.

Tommy quickly sat back down with a roll of his eyes. Eddie began too saunter back, not missing the brunette girl across the room with a coy smile on her face as she watched his theatrics. He winked at her and jumped back down, accidentally scaring some girls that were passing by, but finding it amusing anyway.

"Well... that was something" Steve turned back around from the show, taking a sip of his drink.

"He's been doing things like that since preschool" Vickie snorted from beside Robin, shaking her head.

"You knew him in preschool?" Sally was shocked, not being able too picture an adolescent Eddie Munson causing a ruckus.

"Yeah and we went to the same middle school, he had buzzed hair, looked real rough and proper played up too it"

Sally hummed, still in disbelief, Eddie Munson without that messy hair (that did suit him) felt unbelievable. At least she now knew he'd always been a menace.

Soon after, they made their way too Chemistry. Sally had had a peaceful two weeks in that lesson, not having to deal with any bickering.

Eddie strolled in with a grin, sitting next too her. "Hello miss, sorry I have too cancel all week"

"Aww, did you miss me?" She pinched his cheek a little, trying too irritate him, which was impossible to do.

"It was horrible, I had to sit in silence and read things for myself!" He feigned a sob, Sally's snickers causing him too break the act.

"My life doesn't revolve around you sadly"

"Ugh, why not?" He tutted.

She rolled her eyes and moved her head too the front of the class too now listen. All through the lesson she tried too ignore his incessant comments to try and distract her.

After the fourth time she turned too him, biting down her smile as she whisper-shouted at him. "I swear to god, if you don't shut up I'll shove this Bunsen burner so far down your throat you'll-"
