 3 Years later...

Speed, Crystal and Flare are stacked on each other,  Denith taking his usual place beside Speed.

Crystal: "...Why are we in the forest again?"

Speed: "Is it not good to just live in nature for a while? Look at Flare, he's loving this!"

Flare had a comically large smile plastered on his face, and his eyes were practically sparkling.

Speed: "See? Happy."

Crystal: "But I'm too tired to walk!"

She whined from atop the Eeveelution stack. (The laziest place.)

Denith sighed, his ear twitching.

Denith: "You and me both sista. I need to lie down... My back's killing me from last night..."

Speed snorted, holding back a laugh.

Speed: "You sound so old when you say things like that."

Crystal jeered at the Eevee that just so happened to be much older.

Crystal: "That's cuz he is old!"

Denith fake crumpled in on himself, picking up a Scottish accent to mimic a certain trillionare duck.

Denith: "Oi! Watch how ye speak to your elders ya fesh!"

He walked normally again while Crystal giggled at his antics. Speed sighed.

Speed: "You sure don't act your age though..."

Denith: "Growing up's for friggin losers–"

Crystal: "Hey, look over there!"

Crystal pointed towards a nearby treehouse. It was nearly camouflaged in the canopy of trees, the doorway just barely visible.

Speed: "Where?"

Denith: "I think she's talking about that treehouse over there."

Speed: "...Pretty sure that's a tree."

Crystal blows a raspberry, not even daring to consider that possibility.

Crystal: "Even Denith thinks it's a house. C'mon, c'mon! Let's check it out!"

Denith nodded in agreement.

Denith: "Oh absolutely, we should definitely break into some random bozos abandoned house and loot all their stuff."

Speed nodded, thinking it was sarcasm.

Speed: "Good point, we should keep moving– wha–!"

Speed paused as Denith began to walk towards the house.

Denith: "It wasn't sarcasm Speedy. Free stuff is free stuff."

Speed balked while Crystal jumped off the pile, Flare dropping towards the floor.

Crystal: "Woohoo! Loot time!"

Crystal and Denith ran in side by side,

Crystal/Denith: "Loot! Loot! Loot! Loot!"
