Limo ran and ran, The System still in her arms, it had long since passed out. She wasn't really sure where she was, she just knew she had to find help. But where was everyone? She knew screaming her ass off about a Rouge would get people to leave, but she didn't think it'd be this effective.

Kamran: "Limo!"

Almost that effective. Turning around, she sees Kamran and Pearl riding on the back of Alfred, who was slowing down to a stop. He lowered himself to the ground to allow Pearl and Kamran to dismount him.

Limo: "It's uh... Kamran, right?"

Kamran: "Yeah, who's the Eevee?"

Limo: "Uh, they call themselves 'The System'—"

Alfred: "The System?! But if that's them... where's Denith?"

Limo remembers why she started running in the first place, and gains a look of worry.

Limo: "That's the issue, he's been taken over by this weird thing– he tried to kill me!"

All three of the new arrivals were taken aback, Kamran's shock dropped for rage.

Kamran: "What 'weird thing'!?"

Pearl: "Is he being controlled?!"

Limo: "I think?"

Kamran's face dropped to one of horror.

Kamran: "But the last time he texted me... He said he was at the lab with Axel and Rin."

Pearl's ears dropped at the implications. She immediately went into denial.

Pearl: "Pshh, no way! They're fine, they're fine."

Limo: "But—"

Pearl: "They're fine."

She didn't want to think about anything else, lest she break down on the spot. A familiar car pulled over to the side of them, Staci walking out of it, Razzle wrapped around her neck.

Kamran: "Stace. Did you get the call as well?"

Staci: "Yup, where's the little—"

Staci locks eyes with Alfred and nearly cries in joy.

Staci: "AN ARCANINE!"

She hugs the aforementioned Arcanine, burying herself in fluff. Alfred gazed at her in confusion, letting it happen nonetheless.

Staci: "I can die happy..."

Limo: "We have bigger things to worry about, like my—

A large blue blur smashed into the asphalt ahead of the group, a feminine groan coming from the dust.

Limo: "Mom?!"

Indeed, it was Saki, looking as if she'd been through hell and back. Large wounds covered her body, and she could hardly stand. Limo gave The System to Kamran and ran over to her mom and grabbed her by the neck, holding her close in a tight hug.
