My dad asked to read my book so I went ahead and updated some of my past A/N, if you see me updating certain chapters don't feel the need to go and reread them.

After a while of gasping for air on the ground, you finally got control of yourself and managed to stand yourself up. You had no clue how Gyomei was able to adjust to freezing cold in a second, thank god he was on the demon slayer's side...

Speaking of Gyomei, he wasn't looking too hot. Fighting a uppermoon and protecting you was obviously taking a toll on him. His face was frozen and frosty from the tears he shed during the fight. It was a little scary to look at.

You slapped your face while attempting to get up slowly, the wooden cane you were using was splintering and almost broke from just you standing up. You groaned before coming up with an idea.

You know how pirates have peg legs and stuff, well, what if you just tied the cane to your leg and had both hands free? Okay, maybe that's a bad idea, but who cares? You gotta help somehow, and this was the best decision you could make in a moment's time.

After tying the cane to your leg and testing your weight, you took both your swords in your hands and smiled at the feeling. It's been a while since you've been able to use both of your swords in a fight.

You ran closer to the fight and did your third form, foggy graveyard. The gray fog added to the already misty air, it made the area practically unseeable. Thankfully though, Gyomei didn't need sight to fight. 

Unluckily, Douma has such amazing awareness that the fog didn't even affect him. He seemed to laugh at your attempt, breathing in the fog as he continued to fight Gyomei.

You smiled as you saw him breathing in large amounts of the fog. While you knew that the pain would be nothing to the uppermoon, you hoped he would at least falter.

"Wow!" He yelled as he stuttered a bit before smiling widely, "Is this 'cause of the fog? That's so cool! I could get used to this pain!"

You frowned at that, sulking a bit as he continued to fight with all his might. The only difference you made was the blushing face he was now wearing. That's... kinda gross...

You sighed before looking around in hopes of finding a crow flying around for some more help. You honestly weren't very much help to Gyomei, so you were praying that one of the cool and strong hashira would come by.

Maybe Mitsuri or Obanai, or even Shinobu will make an awesome entrance! Giyuu or Muichirou would be cool. 

You really hoped it was Mitsuri though, it's been so long since you've seen her-

"What the fuck are you standing around for?" You looked over to see a seething Sanemi glaring at you. His hair was messy and had blood flowing off his arms. You guess he was having a fight before he swung by to help out, "Don't just stand around!"

"Literally shut up, you bug-eyed bitch!" You yelled at him loudly, crossing your arms and watching the fight with a glare. He irked and took out his swords before joining the fight as well.

Sanemi was a slow motherfucker, it was so late by the time he got by to help it was starting to become dawn. Douma seemed to have some trouble now that two hashira were fighting him, but that made sense since Sanemi and Gyomei fought Kokubshibo later in the manga.

Douma let out a whine before he made more ice clones and moved closer to the forest. You jumped forward in an attempt to stop him. He looked back and you and blushed, shyly waving at you.

You immediately stopped moving toward him quickly and started to ignore the demon. You could only assume he was sulking at your cold attitude.

Now that you thought about it though, Douma was kinda hot. Also, didn't he not feel emotions?! Him loving you sounds like it's straight out of a cringy Wattpad story that ended in him turning you into a demon and the two of you get married happily.

You don't think you minded that though, Douma was one of the demons you liked before you got transported. Sure, Akaza was too, and he's all bad and creepy now, but you didn't know Douma long enough to know if he was the same.

He killed Shinobu though, and that is absolutely unforgivable!

You can't fall in love with him!

Sanemi hates your guts and thinks your a wimp, he remembers you from the hashira meeting and thinks you choosing to get hurt instead of owning up to Tanjirou is dumb and he resents you for it.
