You woke up two weeks later in a hot sweat.

Hair was sticking to your forehead and your entire body ached. It was dark outside and the bustling that was normally common in the Butterfly Estate was missing. The window to the room was open, and this caused you to shiver. The blanket was not very thick, so the cold seeped in easily.

A small 'hoo' made you jump, making you look at your bedside table. You saw a brown owl sitting there, looking at you with its large eyes. Its head turned as it looked at you.

"Huh?" You croaked out, looking in bewilderment at the large bird. The bird flapped its wings and let out another loud hoot, "Why are you here?"

The bird tilted its head before looking at Tanjirou and Zenitsu's birds. It pointed its talon at the two birds before trying to point it at themselves. It did not work though, and the bird tumbled over onto your bed.

"So... do you work for the corps..." You said, throat hurting and scratchy from disuse.

The bird sat itself up with a flap of its wings before jumping up and down with a little twirl. It let out a small little hoot and sat near your head. You felt a light touch on your forehead and saw the bird laying its wing on your head.

You and the bird stayed like that for the rest of the night, with you dozing off at times. You spent your time awake mostly saying random names to the bird, hoping to find out what the owl's name was. 

After a while though, the bird started to feel sleepy and got tired of talking to you. The bird flew out the open window, leaving you on your lonesome until the sun started to rise and someone woke up. 

You actually felt a bit worried though. You could only assume you slept for a very long time. Your mouth tasted gross and your hair was greasy. This was a normal thing for you, but it does not simply happen in one night. 

You attempted to go to sleep many times during the night before you got a random idea. Zenitsu just so happens to be in the same room as you, and he also had an awesome hearing...

You reach your hand up and swiped a glass cup off the bedside table. The glass made a very loud noise, making Zenitsu jump. He moved around a bit before snuggling up into his covers again and snoring once more. 

You let out a frustrated groan before you heard the sound of footsteps. It was rather close, so you looked towards the side and saw Nezuko making her way to you. She was grown to a large height, making her tower over your form.

She reached a handout and put her hand on your head, petting it. Nezuko tilted her head as she looked at you confused before she pointed to the broken glass. 

"O-Oh... I was trying to wake up Zenitsu..." You said, voice sounding very rough, "I just wanted someone to know I'm awake..."

Nezuko said a little 'Hmph' before sitting on your bed as she continued to run her fingers through her hair. The feeling caused you to relax, taking your mind off the aching of your limbs. 

"W-will you wake him up?" You asked only for you to be ignored by her as she hugged your head close to her body. Her coddling you though did not help your headache, so drifting off to sleep was not an option for you.

You were actually kind of confused though. The demon from before said that you were a marechi, and honestly, if that was true you would be in great danger. Nezuko was not immune to her hunger for blood, and she was even worse with marechi blood. That much was obvious when Sanemi had tried to get Nezuko killed.

If you happen to bleed around Nezuko and Tanjirou wasn't around to help, you might be stuck fighting Nezuko. Everyone knows that Nezuko is super badass. You would not win in a fight against her unless you were trying to kill her, but you refused to kill Nezuko.

Thinking about Nezuko made your thoughts spiral into different thoughts. Thoughts like how hot Nezuko was when she was fighting Daki in the red light district... God, she's so cute, if only you guys could kiss each other... Why must she have bamboo!

Also, don't demons have the ability to grow limbs and stuff? Could a girl demon grow a dick? I don't see why they would but they probably could right? There have to be demons obsessed with sex, so do they have to appeal to both genders? God, you wish you were a demon.

Demons were so hot! It was unfair! All of this was unfair! Why couldn't they make all the demons ugly! 

Speaking about demons being hot... You missed your privacy! You miss when you had your own room! Not to be crude but you really missed being able to masturbate whenever you wanted! Now you were stuck in a room with a ton of people, one that can hear in their sleep and one that stays awake at night!

Being here was a good opportunity though, maybe you can finally have sex with someone! That's gross to think about though... Why must you be horny right now! How did your thoughts spiral to this?

You looked up at Nezuko as she continued to pet you on the head. She wouldn't understand you, even if you vented to her so it wouldn't even matter if you talked to her. Maybe Aoi and you could talk? She lives in a super busy house, so she must be able to understand your struggle with privacy.

Kanao would probably listen out of respect, but might not talk to you or give advice. Honestly, you need to talk to someone who relates to the... the masturbation part. Talking to someone who relates would probably help, and Aoi is, a teenager? 

Okay. Okay, you won't talk to Aoi about that, but you will be talking to her! You will at the very least talk to Aoi about your privacy problem! She can give you advice on how to deal with it!

As you made that compromise, the sun started to peek over the mountain. Nezuko gave you one last pat on the head before going back to her box, without waking anyone up to talk to you.

When it was morning and the birds started to sing Zenitsu finally woke up. After a few yells of fear from Zenitsu, you were delivered medicine by the little girls Naho, Sumi, and Kiyo.

A day later you made a full recovery from the infection that once plagued you. Sure you weren't quite ready for rehabilitation training, but your limbs no longer ached and you could help around the estate. It started with little tasks like helping Zenitsu take his medicine or running small errands for Shinobu when she needed medicine delivered around the large estate.

Eventually, though, you were on laundry and cooking duties with Aoi.
