Little burgalar (Thorin Oakenshield x reader)

Chapter 30. Erebor

~TA 2945 8 of June~

I fly high up in the sky, last time I couldn't enjoy flying, because I was too worried about Thorin after the battle wit Azog. After three years the name still make me shiver and I still see his face in front of me. I try to forget that and instead look at the places we were. I can see the opening where we faced the trolls, Rivendell's beautiful valley, the Misty Mountains, the Carrock, Beorn's home and Mirkwood.

And then after many hours I finally see Laketown, it looks much better than last time, the houses look much warmer and not like they fall apart if you tough them. Behind Laketown aren't no more ruins, but now there are houses of Dale and even some trees growing where was before nothing. And behind Dale stands proudly the Lonely Mountain, I think if someone saw me right now they probably think I am crazy, because I smile like an idiot.

The eagle start landing before the gates of Erebor. As we land behind a rock, that no one hurt the eagle, I get of it and start walking to the gates. The gates are rebuild and the dwarves statues have they heads back and everything seem more life full. I continue walking the road, but then I hear a voice shouting "Hey, you down there! If you step one more step we shoot you!" I stop and see three dwarves guards standing before the gate aiming me with one bow and two swords.

"Who are you and what you want?" One of them ask. "I am Y/N and I want to meet the King" I say proudly, I have faced more dangerous things than this. "No one outsider is allowed to meet the King without his permission" other guard say. "But I know him, he is my friend" I say irritated. "Sure, that would everyone say" the third guard say. "Can I then meet Fili, Kili, Balin, Dwalin or Ori?" I ask again.

"No you can't now go away woman" the first guard say. That's the last bit, nobody talks to me like that and nor even a dwarf. "I will go inside let you me in or not" I say and draw my sword. I start running towards them. They don't expect that a women like me can fight so I hit one of them on the head and he lose his consciousness. The other two are surprised and that I use as my change and run inside the mountain.

I look behind and see that the two guards chase me with two more guards. I run to the direction that I remember that the throne room was and at the same time try not to ran into dwarves, who are surprisingly there are many of them. I try to hide behind the dwarves and drop the guards of. "I am sorry" I say every time I hit someone with my shoulder or hand.

But then my bad luck return and I fall down on the floor. Two of the guards take my hands and one takes my sword away. They walk me roughly down a hall until I hear a very familiar voice ask "What are you doing, shouldn't you guard the front gate". I look up and see Dwalin standing there in armor, the armor looks like a lighter version of the guards armor, but except that he looks the same as three years ago.

"She tried to come inside the mountain without a permission and say that she knows the king and the princes. And she knocked one of us down" one of the guards say holding my hand tighter. "Hello Dwalin, long time not seeing" I smile at him and then I see a realization on his face. "Y/N!! Is that really you?" Dwalin ask looking at me in a surprise. Before I can answer someone interrupt us.

"What is going on here, Dwalin" the baritone, which I have missed the last three years, ask. I turn to look at Thorin, he hasn't changed much, but now he wearing royal clothes and Thror's crown, but looks still handsome as ever. As I turn he sees me and look at me in shock. "It's nice to see you again., Thorin" I say smiling at him and trying to shake the guards of me.

"Y/N!? Why are you holding her" Thorin ask from the guards. "She tried to enter the mountain and attacked us and after that escaped, my king" a guard say behind me. I hear Dwalin laugh behind me. "Let her go now" Thorin say staring at the guards. "But my King, she can be dange-" one of the guards starts saying but Thorin interrupt him "I said let her go".

The guards let me go after Thorin's death stare. "Idiots" I mumble after they let me go. Before they can do anything else I take a few steps and jump into Thorin's arms. I hug him and he hugs me back, it feels good to see him again and to bee in his arms, it feels safe. I can still feel butterflies by his touch. "Why can she hug him, it's not allowed" one of the guards say. "She can do it, she helped us to get the mountain back and she have done worse to Thorin than hugged him, for example hit him" Dwalin say grinning behind us.

"What are you doing here, little burglar?" Thorin asked after we barked the hug. "I didn't want to stay in the Shire anymore. Everyone just judge me and don't want me there, so Bilbo said I could come here and stay if it is alright with you" I say looking at my feet. "Of course you can stay as long as you want, don't worry about it" Thorin say placing his hand on my shoulder.

"Let's go and meet the others, we all have missed you very much" he said and started leading me trough the halls. "They all should be eating with lady Dis, Gloin's wife, Gimli and Bombur's wife" Dwalin explain walking behind us. After more halls and doors we finally arrive behind a big door, what I assume to be the dining room.

Thorin and Dwalin step in and I stay behind them. "I have a surprise for you all" Thorin say. "Is this more paperwork or something again, uncle" I hear Fili ask. "No this is something much better" Thorin say laughing. "I am not sure if i like this when uncle is laughing" Kili say worried. It takes everything not to laugh.

Dwalin and Thorin step aside and everyone in the room sees me. "Hello everyone" I say smiling at the shocked faces of the company. Fili and Kili are the first who snap out of it and run to me not caring about any furniture's. "Y/N!!" they shout and before I know I am in their arms. They both are hugging me so tight that I can't nearly breath. "Fili, Kili, I can't breath" I say laughing after they let me go.

"You are back". "Y/N, you are really here". "We missed you so much". "Are you really here" all the dwarves say at the same time. "Yes I am back and really here. I missed you all too" I say looking at all of them. They haven't changed much, but have better clothes and see much healthier than on the journey. They all look happy to see me, Fili, Kili, Balin, Gloin, Oin, Ori, Dori, Nori, Bofur, Bombur and Bifur, and I am happy to see them.

"Who is she" I hear a female voice ask behind the company. When I look at her I see the similarity to Thorin, she have the same hair and eye color and the way she carries herself, but her beard is braided in a beautiful braid. "Mom, this is our best friend Y/N Boggins" Kili say. I hit my forehead with my palm. "It's Baggins, Kili" I say at the same time as Fili and Thorin.

"Dis, she is a hobbit from the Shire. She helped us to claim the mountain, helped us in many ways and saved my life twice and Fili's and Kili's once in the battle. She is our friend and I said she can come to live here when ever she wants" Thorin explains. Now I know who she is, she is the sister of Thorin and Fili's and Kili's mother. Thorin's compliments make me blush a bit.

"It is nice to meet you lady Dis" I say to her. "It's nice to meet you to Y/N and call me just Dis" Dis say smiling. "And thank you for saving my sons and brother" she ad thankfully. "Someone needed to save them. And I would save my best friends and grumpy again" I say using Thorin's nickname. Dis laugh at the nickname and look to Thorin who just look grumpy, but don't say anything. "Let's eat all together, Y/N you can sit next to Kili" Bombur say and so we start eating.

I hope I can write a chapter this week too, but school takes a lot of my free time and I want to do other things too in the weekend so I don't always have time to write my stories. ~R
