You had been stealing for what seemed like forever, you were kicked out of your coven because of something that your parents had done that angered Marcel, he had your parents killed but had a rule about kids and so you were left on your own, you more often than not did everything by hand it was easier that way and Marcel would have you killed if you used magic. You often took from tourists because they would have no idea where to find you once they realised that all their stuff was missing, you were good at telling the rich from the poor and never took from people who wouldn't be able to replace it, it seemed weird to most people but you were living in the same boat so you never took from them.

You had recently stolen from someone who you hadn't seen around before and walked around in a suit, you were sure that he could replace anything that you took from him so his watch and wallet went missing that night only now you were sitting in one of the many abandoned buildings watching the lights when you heard something behind you, recently you had heard about the change in leadership and that the family of Originals had come back to New Orleans so if you needed to you could use magic to defend yourself. "Hello there." The voice said and as you turned you saw the man that you had previously been thinking about.
"What do you want?" You asked and he smiled.
"You took something from me." He said softly as he walked towards you, you noticed that he was wearing another suit.
"Do you wear anything other than suits?" You asked and he only smiled as you walked over to the box where you kept everything that you had stolen and lucky for him, you hadn't sold the watch you had however used some of the money. "Here." You passed back the things that you had taken.
"Where are your parents?" He asked.
"Marcel had them killed." You answered without thinking and now you expected him to either walked away because he didn't care or ask to take you to the police.
"Marcellus." The man said under his breath.
"You know him?" You asked and he smiled.
"You don't know who I am, do you?" He asked.
"Should I?" You asked.
"I suppose not." He shook his head "Elijah Mikaelson." He pushed his hand out towards you.
"Ahh, the oldest Original." You nodded. "Well oldest living."
"Why were your parents killed?" Elijah asked.
"Using magic." You answered.
"You're a witch?" He asked. "Did you use magic before?"
"What to steal?" You asked and he nodded. "No, Marcel wouldn't allow that."
"Hmm well, how would you like to come back with me?" He asked and you frowned.
"Somewhere safe, I can teach you to use your magic." He suggested. "Then you can leave."
"Promise?" You asked.
"You have my word." Elijah nodded.

Elijah did as he promised he helped you learn a spell and understand the history of your kind and while you did become very good at most things, you were exceptionally good and stealing things and that had not gone unnoticed by Klaus who had decided to use you to the best of his abilities and make sure that you earn your keep.

You were sitting in the courtyard of the compound when Klaus and Elijah came down the stairs they were arguing about something and you frowned as they came to stand in front of you "What's wrong?" You asked and Klaus looked at you and smiled.
"We need your help." He said.
"Stealing something?" You asked
"More like repossessing, Marcel has gotten a hold of something that could kill us." Klaus shrugged.
"But..?" You asked.
"No, but, we need you to get it back." He answered.
"Alright well, why can't you get it back?" You asked.
"He surrounds himself for people that hate us," Klaus answered and you nodded. "We hope that we can do this without him knowing as well."
"So you want me to get in and out without them knowing that I was there and you want me to somehow make it seem like whatever I'm getting is still there?" You asked. "What is it that I'm supposed to be getting?"
"A White Oak Stake," Elijah answered and you looked at him and frowned.
"I thought you kept that under lock and key." You muttered.
"It seems some has the key, most likely our little sister Rebekah." Klaus accused and you shook your head.
"Your family needs therapy." You sighed as you stood up stretching.
"I'll be back both of you listen for your phones, I'll call if something goes wrong." You informed them and they both nodded before you were gone.
"If anything happens to her I will hold you responsible." Elijah glared before leaving his brother in the courtyard.

You squinted as you looked at Rebekah who was standing across the room looking at you, you had managed to get the stake but now they wanted to know where it was, Rebekah isn't given enough credit the moment that she knew that I was there she knew what I had taken, you weren't even able to get out of the building before she grabbed you and dragged you back, you were hoping that Elijah or even Klaus would be concerned by now but like they said Rebekah and Marcel had surrounded themselves with people who were willing to kill them.

"What is that you want again?" You asked finally speaking and she smirked as she leant against the wall behind her.
"You know what we want." He answered and you rolled your eyes and looked over at the window where you could see that it was quickly approaching evening and it seemed like you were on your own.
"They aren't coming," Marcel smirked as he held up your phone. "They don't even know there's anything wrong."
"I think they might." You answered.
"You give them too much credit, my brother's don't care about you, they care about your skills once you've outlived your purpose you will lose everything to them," Rebekah explained and you looked at her and shrugged.
"Well, then it's a good thing I have something that they want." You shuffled in your seat getting as comfortable as your restraint would allow, there was a piercing pain in your head and you clamped your mouth shut as you looked for the one responsible and your eyes landed on Davina.

Elijah knew that there was something wrong the moment the text message came through to his phone, you never texted unless there was something wrong and the fact that you had given him an update meant that there was something wrong. He'd always asked you to do that but you never did it. "Niklaus! There is something wrong." Elijah said as his younger brother appeared in front of him.
"What?" He asked.
"Someone has her phone." He answered and Klaus took Elijah's phone from him and shrugged.
"Looks like someone grabbed our little thief." He answered.
"And we are going to get her back." Elijah decided.

"Open your mind!" Davina demanded and you smirked as you leaned forward.
"Why would I do that? That would just be too easy for you." You teased and she lifted her hand again.
"D be careful we don't want to kill her," Marcel warned and Davina looked at him.
"You don't." Davina corrected, your wrists were now raw from the ropes rubbing against them and it looked like they were covered in vervain.
"Little sister it seems that you've changed sides." Your eyes moved to Klaus who walked through the door a dagger hanging from his hands.
"Took you long enough..." You mumbled.
"Where is the stake?" Klaus asked.
"It doesn't matter because they can't find it." You sung teasingly, there was another sharp pain straight through your head and you grit your teeth but the fact that Davina was looking at you meant that she didn't see Klaus' attack as he knocked her out, Marcel jumped forward after that and was no match for him and Rebekah grabbed him before disappearing out of the room.

Elijah appeared in front of you and you smiled "the ropes are soaked in vervain." You informed her but he didn't seem fazed by it as he ripped the ropes from your wrists.
"Time to go home." He said and you nodded before muttered a few words reversing the cloaking spell and handing Klaus the stake.
"It was in front of them the whole time?" Elijah asked and you nodded.
"I didn't really have time to hide it." You shrugged as you walked towards the door stumbling slightly as you did.
"Are you okay?" Elijah asked steadying you.
"Yeah, yeah I'm fine." You waved him off.
"No your not." Elijah sighed before picking you up, it was only a few minutes before you passed absolutely exhausted.

"It seems you've found a good one brother." Klaus smiled as Elijah laid you down on your bed.

"Mmm." Elijah hummed as he pulled the covers over you and brushed your hair out of your eyes. "It would seem that I have."
