Eric had been more closer to Derek after the last incident,they show their affection in public not bothering to hide it,it's been a month and they had continued to have sex even though Derek insisted he didn't want to be Eric's boyfriend,but he had zero control over his hormones anytime the guy was close,he had even moved his things into Eric's room,they had decided to do a little cleaning around the house,
