Burying the hatchet 2(Eric's POV)

My hands shook as I read and reread the note,I looked at Derek who was staring fixedly at his hands,I close the book and pull him close to me,I didn't know what to say or do but one thing I know is Derek was going back to having nightmares and traumas if I don't do something but I don't know what to do,I see the look of great shock on Xavier's face as he held the note,he must have read it because he was opening and closing his mouth,the poor kid,all this years he had hated his grandfather so I don't blame him for being this shocked"hey baby,baby come on,please"

I tried pulling him out of his thoughts"I killed him,he was a victim of that bastard too,I killed him,you saw...you saw what he wrote,he knew I was going to kill him,he...knew...I...I..."he was blaming himself and I don't want that,why can our lives not just go smoothly,just yesterday it felt like everything was finally okay but again something else pops up out of the blue"baby,baby!"I shook him vehemently until he looked at me with empty and soulless eyes"snap out of it,come on,get rid of those thoughts,it's not your fault,you didn't know ok,just like your father you did what you thought was right to save your sister"he smiled through his tears only to break down again

"That..that day when I plunged that knife into him from behind he smiled,he was smiling even as he fell,he held closely to me,he had tears in his eyes and I was like fuck off,I kicked him away,I cursed him,oh fuck,he knew I've had enough,he intentionally pushed me towards the edge by beating my sister and he was right,he was fucking right because I lost it,he...he..was..he was the one who dropped the knife on the table"he frowned as he sobbed"yes,he removed his watch first and said' you bitch I'm going to enjoying stabbing you in the back ' he...he then pulled the knife out and placed it on the table while turning his back to me, and I said to myself ' how about I kill you first?' and I did it,he knew I was gonna do it,he baited me and I fell for it,he knew...."he continued to sob vehemently and I was at a loss for what to do

"Hey look at me,look at me please I beg you, don't...don't go down this path again, don't do this to me if you...if you... become broken again I'll never be able to handle it,please"I was crying now too,big sad tears,I can't bare to watch him descend into the abyss again, he's finally getting better,what will I do if he tries commiting suicide again,or if he goes back to his moody and timid self,I loved him before,but right now I love the man I saw since last night better,God no,I was so lost in thoughts I didn't notice him stand until he was pulling me to my feet"Why are you crying baby,I just told you that I'm fine,yes I feel guilty,I feel bad but how will I get my revenge if I allow myself go mad?,I can not wallow in shame and guilt when I have a wish to fulfill and I need all my mind,soul and body intact to do that"my eyes went wide as I looked at him,gone was the scared, gentle Derek in place of him was the Azure Dragon himself,I swallowed the fear in my throat,I know he'll not hurt me but I still moved away from him a bit because of his aura

"Huh huh, don't do that,come here, this anger is not for you,come here"I was pulled into his lap as he resumed his seat in front of the desk, rocking both of us he laid his head backwards and shut his eyes,I feel safe in his embrace,just last month I was still the Dom in this relationship but right now I think I've lost that position with him treating me like a baby, I'm not complaining don't get me wrong,I was tired of taking care of myself and it felt good letting him take care of me, when he opened his eyes he smiled and I melted as he kissed my lips"we have something to do,I think"he picked up the book and went through it

"I'm sure there are other things here too,ah ah found it"we were looking at a long list of names,codes and numbers, closing his eyes again he begins to trace the numbers then stopped at one,he opened his eyes and traced the number to the name attached to it"okay Grey Stephens it is then"he whipped out his phone and dialed the number"Hello Grey gather the Azures for a meeting immediately,you know where this meeting would hold,i need you all there by 8pm"an excited but steady voice replied"yes boss" I heard a happy chorus of "yeses" before the line went dead and I looked at him curiously"it's okay baby, don't ask,I should know how to do this don't you think?, Since I'm a natural born boss"I give a nod still dumbfounded at how at ease and collected he was

"Come on I think it's time to see someone"and I don't have to ask who this someone was,I really pity Ian this time,I had some doctors nurse him back to health because I kind of wanted him strong before I continued my torture on him and I also felt like a day like this might come, when Derek would want to see him again and I was right, Ian would feel the real pain now, Derek stood up but my legs choose that particular moment to fail me as I fell on my butt while trying to stand,I wince as I feel the impact of the fall straight through my ass,I heard snickering and soft chuckles and I glared at the people responsible,I watch as Derek flicked his son's forehead"stop it,now go outside"

I hear Smith murmur"damn your father really did a number on my brother,what are your dicks made of?ah like father like son"-"I could do you too right now you know?show you what my dick is made of"-"yea,I really..." I was preparing what to say before I heard a cold"Get out now before you both loose your dicks, and no fucking when I'm around it's disrespectful"Xavier quickly pulled Smith outside shouting"come before the Azure Dragon have our heads"I see the look of horror on Derek's face and couldn't help the laugh that came out of my mouth"you look adorable right now"he raised his brow"that boy did not just say that to me?"I laughed again still sitting on the Dusty floor"yea he did,don't think they are going to start fearing you now just because you're now the Azure boss,to Xavier you're still his loving father and to Smith well you're still Derek"he nodded thoughtfully while picking me up bridal style"yea, I'll feel bad if they begin to treat or see me differently"I snorted"those boys?forget about it, even if you suddenly develop the power to turn into a real dragon, breathing out fire and all they would still look at you like it was funny"he smiled and began heading to the door"what about you?"he asked"hmm? what about me?"he smiled still descending the stairs"how do you see me now Eric?"

I smirk secretly knowing my answer would blow his mind,I make my voice low and sultry as I moaned"daddy"into his ears,I hear his breath catch as we stumbled to a stop at the bottom of the stairs,he placed me gently on my feet and looked into my eyes"what did you just say?"I looked innocently at him while batting my lashes at him"Daddy?"my lips was immediately attacked"don't say that here, you're still sore,I already have enough trouble controlling myself with you wiggling your ass everywhere"I shrugged my shoulders as I limped outside"you asked a question daddy and I answered"I hear him groan, cursing fluidly at the tightness of his pants before picking me up again"you're going to pay for this once you're better"

We went outside ,Smith and Xavier were already in the car,I blushed as they began laughing again when they saw Derek carrying me to the car,once I was buckled in and  Derek began driving I hear Xavier say"baby?what did you say the Azure dick was made of again?"I hear Derek curse as he almost ran into an approaching vehicle,my heart jumped into my throat and my brother who was also scared screamed at the top of his lungs"steroids!!!"Derek stopped the car in time and we were all breathing heavily,I cursed, Derek looked pissed he looked angrily at them"how does trekking home sound to both of you?"they quickly shook their heads"good I thought so too, because I'm dumping you on the sidewalk if I hear anymore disgusting thing from your perverted mouths"they nodded"good boys,now how hard was that?"I chuckled at their Expression and relaxed into my seat,it's been long someone teased me like this,I the heir to the blood wolves,with thousands of men to command,the second most strongest after the Azures, anyways i enjoy when they tease me about Derek though, I'm just too embarrassed to admit it and I know they all know,I shook my head and closed my eyes allowing sleep take me
