Okay let's get to it my little orphan's!

Karl Jacob was a professional marksman and held his job above everything -it also helped that he could time travel too- so who would he thought that one little hybrid would distract him from his task.

Karl was asked to kill a high in power king who was lead by lust, greed, and power, which he was more than happy to do. He walked into the town and looked around trying to get a lay of the land, he had seen beautiful shops and houses and the grass was lush with flowers covering it and bees flying around unbothered by the people around them 'for a kingdom run by a man that sounds like a complete dick, it's really beautiful and calm here' he thought and went to one of the shops -it looked like a bakery- and walked inside instantly he was hit with the sweet smell of cake and other baked goods that covered the inside on tables and shelves. With a small smile he walked up to the counter to and waited for so one to come but no one did, that was until he heard a voice from behind him "excuse me sir, sorry for being late but I left a sign saying I was on a break" they said and he turned to see a short demon hybrid with white hair that reached a little past their shoulders, they were wearing a black and red hoodie with gray slacks that covered their cat like legs and they had a bit of a chest -Karl assumed they were female- then a tail that seemed to be covered in fur move a bit as it touched the floor.

Karl cleared his throat and felt his face heat up a bit in embarrassment "I-I must have not seen it" he said and rubbed his neck and the person hummed then walked behind the counter "don't worry sir, as long as you didn't steel anything" they answered and grabbed a white apron and put it on "so I've never seen you around here before, you new?" They asked and Karl nodded "yeah, I was planning on staying here for a bit then leaving" he said and rested on the counter and moved a bit of chestnut brown hair that fell in front of his eyes, the person hummed and turned to Karl "so what's your name, mine's badboyhalo but you can call me bad" bad said and Karl was a little taken off guard by the sudden realization that bad was male "oh- u-umm I'm karl" he answered and bad smiled, Karl felt like he was gonna go blind by looking at it as he felt his face heat up a bit out of embarrassment and the fact he found bad so gorgeous, bad giggled "well karl what is it you need? I have lots of delicious sweets in here to eat" bad said and folded their hands in front of him with a sweet smile on his face making karl rub the back of his neck -again- and chuckle nervously "w-well I was actually gonna ask you about the town but I wouldn't mind trying something as I assumed the baked goods are a sweet as you" he said letting the flirt slip out -he really didn't mean to say it out loud- and he was a bit nervous till bad busted into a fit of giggles with a face redder than he color on his hoodie.

After a bit they talked some more "how long have you lived here?" Karl asked as the two sat in the back of the store -bad had already closed it but he sometimes slept inside as walking home at night was dangerous- in a room that seemed like a small apartment "ever since I was born, my family never had enough to move" he said and took a sip from his coffee and karl nodded "so you know a lot about his place and it's people?" Karl asked and bad gave him the most 'are you dumb?' Look they could muster "no~ I just own a store and a house but don't talk to anyone" he said and crossed their arms while karl laughed nervously "sorry it was dumb to ask" he said and bad after a bit he smiled "don't worry" bad said.
