The next week had been weird, Aryan was keeping his distance and trying to be extra khadus to Imlie..she realized that he might be stopping himself from moving on..so she decided to give him some space.

Her english classes had resumed and was doing well in it, but didn't feel like it because she wanted to see Aryan's proud face..but he was busy avoiding her.

Imlie went to meet Arpita, she was in Vedika's room..she was speaking to her,

Arpi- Please wake up Vedika..ek tum hi ho..jiske hone se mujhe Arvind ki kami nahi lagaygi..i want my friend back..

After sometime she went away, so Imlie went to Vedika's side, she looked so peaceful, so she held her hand and said,

Im- I hope..you wake up soon..Arpita di aur Aryan ko aapki zaroorat hain..unko Arvind Ji ke death se bahar aane mein madat kar de..i hope you wake up soon.

She smiled and went away from there as she was getting late for office, but she didn't Vedika opening her eyes..

Imlie was working in the office, something was off everyone was staring and gossiping behind her back, sighing she went back to her work but she was still getting irritated..whenever she went to talk to someone they would leave or not answer her..finally her patience ended..

Im- What is happening..?? Tum log aise kyun behave kar rahe ho??

Coll1- Kyun tumhe nahi pata?? Tumhari wajah se Aditya sir ki naukari chali gayi hain..

Coll2- Aisa kya chal raha hain tumhare aur Aryan sir ke beech mein??

Im- Enough!! Tum logo ne live interview dekha tha ki nahi?? Ek aadmi ki jaan chali gayi..jo aap logo ka colleague tha..

Im- Mr.Tripathi ki bakwass jayada hain important than a life of someone?? Mere aur Aryan sir ke beech kya hain woh important nahi hain..important yeh hain..ki aap logo ke liye..kisi jaan se jayada..Mr.Tripathi ka ghatiya gossip important hain..

Aryan looked on from his cabin..the part of the reason he had been avoiding was because he didn't want to add more fuel to the gossip fire..but he was feeling proud the way Imlie handled it..

He wished things had been different, maybe they could have had a relationship but right now nothing is possible, Imlie went to the parking lot she was feeling suffocated..

She had just reached near Aryan's car when a bruised and bloodied Nandini caught her arm,

N- Imlie..please save me..

Im- Aap..she looked around the goons were searching..she had no choice but to tell her to hide in Aryan's car..it had tinted windows so they would not be able to see her..

Imlie saw them and they saw her, she walked away and went towards the other side of the parking lot when they reached her,

Goon1- Aaee ladki.. Madam ji kahan hain..saach saach bata..

Im- I don't know..tumhare boss ne jaise kaha i am not investigating the case..

Goon2- Tu saach bol rahi hain na?? Nahi toh we will kill you..

Im- Haan..

Goon1- Theek hain..but ek baat yaad rakhna..he took and kept the knife on her, agar tumne usse bachaya..toh..he sliced her arm a bit and she did her best not to scream in pain.. the other goons smirked..and said,

Goon2- Chalo yahan hum Madamji ko dhoondna hain..

Imlie tried to stop the blood that was oozing out, she waited till the goons left and went towards Aryan's car..he too reached there,

Ar- Imlie?? What..he saw the blood..what the hell...what happened??

Im- Please..save her..she pointed towards his car and then suddenly fell unconscious in his arms..
