We arrive at school and I get out of Billy's Camaro and let the seat down for Max. "Bye Max." I say as Max puts down her skateboard. "Bye Bella." Max says with a wave as she skates to the middle school.
I turn around and see the same boy from yesterday staring at me. "That's Steve Harrington. Stay away from him he's bad news." Billy says noticing Steve staring as well. "I wasn't planning to go near him." I say as I roll my eyes and walk towards the school.
"Hey." Corey says as she come up beside me. "Hi." I say with a small smile. "You know Steve Harrington was just staring at you right?" She asks confused. "Yeah." I say and she gasps. "And you're not starstruck?" Corey asks as she puts her hand to her chest in shock. "No why would I be?" I ask confused. "Literally every girl in Hawkins wants Steve Harrington." She says with a smile. "Do you count as one of those girls?" I ask with a smirk. "Nah he's not my type. I have my eyes set on a certain someone." Corey says and I raise an eyebrow. "I gotta get to class." She says and quickly walks away. "You can't just say that and then walk away!" I yell as she gets further away from me. She waves and I laugh.
