Hindi pa rin napuputol ang pagtitigan namin. He seems to be disappointed about something. And... he is using the essence of his myth power... Ice Age?
I couldn't move on my post. He freezes me as I feel the cold is crawling into my system.
Hindi 'to ang plano ko. Yes, I don't care of getting the limelight... but I can't mess it up to the plot again.
Napapikit ako, trying to collect my composure. Hindi dapat ako panghinaan ng loob. There are choices, and I should make use of it for my advantage.
I immediately use fire aura. As expected, the ice slowly melts. Nagagalaw ko rin ang katawan ko habang nanatiling nakatutok ang kamao sa mukha ni Zauster.
Napansin ko ang pagkagulat ni Prince Geovanne sa ginawa ko pero ipinagsawalang-bahala ko 'yon. Using his secret power ahead of finale of the story's plot is alarming. Mabuti na lamang at nakapag-isip kaagad ako ng paaran—nullifying his freezing magic will make everyone think it is nothing.
Binalingan ko ng tingin si Zauster na hindi rin makagalaw. I tap his shoulder to thaw the freezing.
"Consider yourself saved." I said as I heaved a sigh. Tumalikod ako at mabilis na umalis sa lugar na 'yon.
I am half-walking and half-running. I have no direction in mind. Ang alam ko lang, kailangan kong lumayo sa eksena. So close... so close to ruin the plot again.
"Sana lang hindi na naman magbago ang takbo ng istorya." Bulong ko habang patuloy sa paglakad.
Napapaisip rin ako sa mga nangyari. Why would I forget about the innate power of Prince Geovanne? Ice Age—it rings a bell. He has an ice elemental power. Mas lalo akong na-curious dahil dito. The story only tells four elements of power—fire, water, air and earth. So all along, the author is implying something about this. Though ice-type is somewhat a sub-element of water, it isn't water alone. To freeze water, it needs high temperature. Ibig sabihin, parte rin dito ang elemento ng hangin. What a realization.
Tumigil ako sa paglakad nang mapagtanto kung nasaan ako. I roam sight around 'til it stop to the wooden signage nearby. May nakasulat na kakaibang alpabeto rito pero gaya nang inaasahan ko—nababasa ko 'to. Hanggang ngayon ay nagtataka pa rin ako kung papaano ko 'to nagagawa. There may be another reasons but I can't pinpoint except for one—that is about Lady Sneddelline. Kahit narito ako sa katawan nya, may mga katangian pa rin na hindi nawawala sa kanya... like her power.
"I should go back." I uttered.
I am at the entrace of the Cassoppeia Forest. As much as I want to feed my curiousity with this forest, I restrain myself. Pinagbabawal ang pagpunta ng mga estudyante sa lugar na 'to. I don't know the proper details. Ang alam ko lang, delikado ang kagubatang nasa harapan ko. This forest is named after the first queen of Kingdom Feytoppia.
Paalis na sana ako nang,
"Nebula..." A voice carried off by the wind touched the back of my neck.
Nilingon kong muli ang kagubatan pero walang kakaiba rito. There is no one around. And... Nebula? Who's that?
Hanggang sa makarating ako sa harapan ng tinutuluyan ko sa Odeius Academy, hindi pa rin maalis sa isipan ko ang pangalan. Sa hindi malamang dahilan, tila napaka-pamilyar sa akin nito... or maybe for Lady Sneddelline?
I shrug the thought off as I open the door. Nanlaki ang mga mata ko sa nakita. Talagang sinusubukan ako ng lalaking 'to.
"Get out!" I roared.
