What Makes A Villain // Mattheo Riddle

The Plan

"Wakey wakey" Lilli gently shook Pansy awake "What time is it?" Pansy groaned "It's half one you lazy sod" Lilli picked up a pillow and threw it toward Pansys face "Oh god" Pansy pulled the pillow over her face.

"Up you get, we have to get ready" Lilli threw Pansy her clothes before getting herself dressed also. 

Lilli packed a bag full of papers and maps along with some books and manuscripts.

"What's all that?" 

"My research" Lilli looked up from the papers "On what?" Pansy sat down on the bed next to her.

"Everything, the first war, Dumbledore, Voldemort, the school, Everything" Lilli replied handing Pansy a paper with her name on it.

"Me?" She looked at her friend in shock 

"Everything" Lilli repeated "Right we better get going" Lilli took the paper back and stuffed it in the bag.

The two girls made their way threw the halls. Every student they passed whispered and stared.

"What are they looking at" Pansy sneered "Somethings happend" Lilli whispered back "If I were you I would go to the great hall" some Hufflepuff boy smirked.

Pansy and Lilli shared a concerned look before quickly making their way to the hall. Harry was stood in Dumbledores place. Hermoine and Ron on either side of him.

"We have an announcement" Harry spoke loudly.

Theo, Blaise and Enzo arrived in the hall just after the girls. Draco and Mattheo were already there, stood at the front staring at Harry.

"Get on with it then" another student shouted up at him "It's come to our attention that there is a spy in our mits" Hermoine continued 

"MATTHEO SANCHEZ IS NOT WHO HE SAYS HE IS" Ron shouted. Gasps filled the room along with whispers. Mattheo lunged forward but Draco pulled him back.

"His real name is Mattheo RIDDLE" Harry smirked. Lilli clapped a hand over her mouth. Theo stepped forward.

"ENOUGH" He screamed up at them.

"Oh and that brings us to our next point" Harry continued, he nodded toward Hermoine who took a step forward "They knew and they've been helping him" Hermoine pointed straight at them. 

"Out now, to the room of requirements" Lilli could hear his voice in her head, so she replied. 

"Are you coming?" 

"Of course"

Lilli grabbed the others and they quickly walked to the room of requirement.

"Well this doesn't help our plan" Blaise paced back and fourth across the room.

"It's fine" Mattheo entered the room.

"Pansy help me with the this" Lilli began unpacking the bag onto the table. Pansy helped and the boys watched as more and more books and paper were pulled from the bag.

"There's enough paper here to light a bonfire" Enzo laughed as he picked up a piece "It's everything we need to know" Lilli looked around at the group. 

She held her hands over the messy pile of paper and it organised itself into piles.

"Why is he here?" Draco snapped at Mattheo "We're all in this together now" Blaise shrugged "It's not like we've forgiven him but we need the help" Pansy agreed.

"Blaise and Enzo that pile is for you, it's all about healing" Lilli changed the subject.

"Pansy, Draco for you" Lilli handed her a pile "potions and spell casting" she nodded 

"Mattheo, Theo and well Liam was supposed to be here as well" Lilli sighed as she handed them a pile on combat and fighting skills.

"And for you?" Mattheo questioned.

"I got all the books about my type of powers I could find" She smiled as she sat back down in front of the last pile.

"And the mind thing?" Theo asked "Still figuring it out"

The group sat down with their many books and began to read.
"How will reading help us fight?" Draco scoffed "You need to know the logical aspect before you know the physical" Lilli shook her head.

They read for hours, every page, every word. Once they had finished their reading they began testing what they had learnt. 

Draco was casting spells at a dummy, Blaise was still reading, Pansy was making some sort of potion in a cauldron and the boys were sparing in the corner.

Lilli spent her time trying to master the art of the mind."Enzo come sit" She nodded toward the seat infront.

Enzo sat down infront of her quietly. 

"Think of something" she ordered 

Enzo nodded "Chocolate, really?" Lilli giggled "I don't know" Enzo shrugged

"Here" Lilli waved her hand and a small bar appeared infront of Enzo.

"Wow, how did you, thank you" he beamed "Now sit still" Lilli closed her eyes for a few seconds and when she reopened them she smirked.

"When you were five, you and your father went swimming in the lake. A creature grabbed him and he almsot died. But you saved him" 

"I never told anyone that?" Enzo furrowed his eyebrows. It was hard to take a boy who's face was covered in chocolate seriously. "I know" Lilli smiled "I've figured it out" 

"The school hates us now" A tired and sweaty Theo collapsed at the table.

"So? Let them" Lilli shrugged "They may hate us but they also fear us" Pansy grinned. "We want the same thing they do" Blaise joined them at the table "And that is?" Draco sighed "The Dark Lord dead" Blaise rolled his eyes.

"I won't fight with them" Pansy scoffed "they killed our friend"
"And I said from the beginning I wouldn't" Lilli shrugged 

"Don't you get it" Blaise sighed "Dumbledore is dead, the ministry has fallen" he slammed his hand on the table "the order is mearly a group of people fighting for what they believe, as are the death eaters, as are we" 

The group sat in silence and listened.

"We can defeat him together without the help of the order" Blaise finished.
"He's right" Lilli nodded "There's seven of us" Draco scoffed "And yet we have everything we need" Theo smirked.
"We have the greatest weapon in the wizarding world on our side" Mattheo turned to him. "And what's that?" Draco sighed 

"Love" Lilli replied "And me" she smirked "What can she do I can't?" Draco scoffed which resulted in a dagger made of green fire flying past his head and into the dummy behind him. He sat wide eyed as the others laughed their asses off at him.
