The Dark Lord was dead, Harry Potter was still alive. And the war was over, just like that it was all over.
The group were sat on some rubble in the destroyed courtyard. Enzo sighed "So... what now?" He looked around the group "Time to go home" Pansy shrugged "Most of us don't have homes anymore Pans" Theo laughed "Some of us didn't have one to start with" Mattheo added. "I know where we can go" Lilli grinned.

"Holy shit" Enzo gasped "Merlin's beard this place is awesome" Blaise stared in awe. Lilli unlocked her front door and stepped inside her old home. With her family all dead, everything was left to her. "Lilli?" Pansy turned to look at her "Before you got disowned and all, how come you were the heir to all this, being the younger child and all?".

"Oh my family have some weird ancestry rule that the woman are always the heir, I think it's because the family powers can only be inherited by women. But once you're married the assets belong to your husband. It's so stupid, I swore to never get married" Lilli explained to the whole group.
"Oh ye? I'm sure you can break one promise" Mattheo wrapped his arm around her waist and winked at her before gently kissing her.
"Don't get ahead of yourself now buddy" she joked, pushing him away. "Oh and one more thing" Lilli clapped her hands and the front door opened once again, to everyone's shock Liam O'Reilly strutted in "Liam will be staying with us" everyone seemed pretty happy with the arrangement and nobody complained.

"Anyway guys, go choose a room. Except mine don't take mine. Oh and maybe avoid my parents and my brothers room I'm going to lock them off forever" She smiled menacingly.

Draco and Pansy claimed a room in the far east wing overlooking the forest, though they chose one of the smaller rooms due to the fact they wouldn't be living here full time like some of the others, Draco had his own estate now that he was eighteen gifted to him by his father.

Blaise and Enzo took the west wing which had a view of a large garden. Theo had the north wing, which had a view of the front of the house and driveway. Liam chose a bedroom downstairs near the kitchen, as close to the food as he could be. And Mattheo and Lilli stayed in her room, the south of the house. With a beautiful view of the forest, garden and the lake.

They all gathered around the table for dinner that night. They even set a place for Astoria, though she couldn't be there, Lilli had even planned to plant a tree in the garden for her. For the first time in almost two years, everyone was happy and together. They shared stories and memories and spent the entire evening drinking, eating and laughing. This was all any of them had ever wanted, all they had ever needed.
