They're coming

Black clouds loomed over the school the next morning, students woke up with an uneasy feeling in their stomachs. The air felt thick and tense, something wasn't right, something was coming.

Lilli got herself up the next morning, she pulled on her suit and strapped her knives and wand onto her belt. Today was the day, if this is what it felt like to be dead, she loved it. She assumed people had been alerted to her return after the death of the chosen one. She chuckled at the thought of Harry lying there on the grass, not even killed by his one arch enemy instead killed by some girl. But she wasn't just some girl anymore, she wasn't who she used to be. She had excepted being the villain, she had turned off her emotions and she had become a solider, a ruler and a leader. But today, today she would be the hero, at least in her story.

A soft knock came at her door "It's Theo" a boys voice whispered from the other side "come in".
Theo's lips pulled into a smile once he saw her "Merlin, I missed you so much" he pulled her into a hug "I didn't think I could last much longer" he admitted "You know I'd never leave you" she rubbed his cheek with her thumb "And I made sure to keep you safe didn't I?" she chuckled "You did" his smile was soft but there was a hint of sadness behind it.
"What's on your mind?" Lilli sat him down on her bed "I'm just worried for today, it's THE day you know? What if we don't all make it?" He sighed
"I'm not going to make a promise I can't keep, so I'll admit that we might not. But at least we'll die doing what's right" Lilli reassured and Theo nodded and stuck out his pinky finger "Till death do us part" Lilli linked her finger "Till the very end" she smiled.

Theo left to get ready and Mattheo entered. "Hello" he spoke quietly "Hello" Lilli smiled warmly back at him "Do you hate me?" Lilli turned away from him but he snaked an arm around her waist and turned her back toward him "I could never hate you" he placed a gentle kiss on her forehead "I'm sorry I didn't tell you" she stared into his grey eyes, she'd missed his eyes "That doesn't matter now, you're here and that's all I need" she hugged him tight.

"I know today will be hard for you, I'm proud of you"
"I'm glad you are, because my father won't be" Mattheo chuckled "Are you sure you can do this?" Lilli looked doubtful.
"For the first time in my life I'm sure I am making the right decision, I'm choosing love, family and friendship over power and success" his smile was true and genuine "I'll follow you wherever you go".

"Whatever our souls are made of" Lilli started
"Your's and mine are the same" He finished.

"BLAISEEE" Enzo screamed down the hall
"IN HERE" Blaise shouted back from his dorm "Everything alright" he was mid way through buttoning up his shit "uh, uhm, ye" Enzo stuttered
"I, I, I um was, wanted to.... say something before you know everything happens" he struggled to get the words out "Just in case we don't make it out 0f all this I wanted you to know, well I wanted to say" Enzo continued to stutter. Blaise rolled his eyes and took a step toward Enzo cupping his face in his hands. And just like that, Blaise pulled Enzo into a deep passionate kiss, all the stress and tension instantly left Enzo's body as he kissed the boy he loved back. When they pulled apart again they just stared into each others eyes.

"WOOOOOO HOOOOO, YES" Theo cheered from the door way "DRACO OWES ME FIFTY POUNDS" He ran down the hallway cheering. His humour eased the emotion in the room. "How'd you know what I was going to say" Enzo chuckled "Oh I've know for a while" Blaise smirked "And Enzo, we will make it out" He kissed his cheek.

Draco and Pansy we're busy in Dracos dorm and the others were adding the final touches to everything, when shouting and loud banging started to fill the halls. The sounds were coming from the forest. Stone from the walls chipped and fell, dust filled the rooms as the walls shook.

"They've arrived"
