What If She Didn't Die?

The Key Part 3

(Its a short one augh there is just more drama to come ;) )

Bellamy drives for what seems like forever but when they arrive they all see that it's been abandoned. They all get out of the rover, guns are drawn, and swords out. They look around before they arrange to move in slowly.

"Seems abandoned," Octavia says. When they reach the door Octavia opens it up and Bellamy drives inside. She shuts the door again. Bellamy gets out of the rover after turning it off. "We load up and get out," he says

Lexa looks around curiously at all the technology she has never seen. "What is all of this stuff?" she asks. Raven goes to the computer and turns it on. All the screens light up, nearly startling Lexa "what is that?" she asks.

Raven chuckles "this is a computer, it's what basically runs things around here other than people. " She takes out a chip she had in her pocket and starts making something to try and connect the chip to the computer. Monty starts helping.

Clarke starts looking for the guns with Bellamy when everything goes dark. "Shit," Clarke says. Raven looks around. Monty went to look for Jasper when he saw him. He Runs to Raven and grabs the radio. "Emerson!" he yells into the radio. The two try and go around closing all the doors but it is too late and the hanger goes dark.

Monty was knocked out and taken when Sinclair tried to help Raven get out using the slightly open. Sinclair gets attacked and stabbed in the stomach. He collapses as Raven tries to save him, before Raven could do anything though Sinclair dies watching her get taken away by Emerson.

Lexa finds Clarke and Bellamy. Clarke looks around thinking and then sees Lexa "thank god youtube is ok." she says and hugs her tightly. She pulls away and Lexa looks down at Clarke. "Of course. What's going on?" she asks

Clarke looks at Lexa. "It's Emerson. He's taking them but where?" she thinks for a few moments, "the airlock." she says. She grabs the radio "I know you are listening, Emerson."

Emerson grabs the radio "Want your friends back? Come here now, no weapons. And Bellamy can stay away." he says.

Clarke nods. "Ok," she says. She looks at Lexa "He doesn't know you're here. Back up Bellamy if things get bad." she says. Lexa nods and gets her swords ready. Bellamy gets ready and gets the gun ready. Clarke starts walking to the airlock. She won't start walking down the hall with her hands in the air.

Lexa follows quietly. She gets there a minute later when Bellamy is in the airlock already. Clarke has the knife to her throat as Emerson closes the door and pushes the button sucking the air out of the airlock so they would slowly suffocate. Clarke puts up a fight to try and free them. She yells and kicks at the man, eventually starting to gasp for air.

Lexa sneaks up behind Emerson and then takes out her knife, that's all she needs. She stabbed his back and Emerson let go of Clarke. Clarke falls to the ground and gasps for air. She grabs her throat. Lexa takes the knife from Emersons' back and then reaches around and cuts his throat. He falls to the ground and grabs his throat, he lays there bleeding out on the ground.

Lexa opens the airlock by hitting the red button. She unties everyone as Clarke catches her breath. She then goes to Clarkes' side and helps her up "you okay?" Lexa asks.

Clarke finally catches her breath, she nods a little "yeah, I'm okay." she says.

Bellamy catches his breath. "We need to get out of here," he says. Raven looks at him "I think I'm going to stay here. See what I can do with the chip now that we know the passcode."

Bellamy nods. Mony decided to stay and so did Harper and Jasper. The four of them help the others put supplies in the rover. Bellamy gets in the driver's seat and Clarke, Lexa, and Octavia get in. Octavia gets in the front so it's Lexa and Clarke in the back. Bellamy starts driving.

Back at Polis Abby had taken the chip. She had a plan to force Clarke to take it. Kane was arriving with others from Arkadia. What he sees horrified him.

There was blood everywhere. Crosses with people hanging on them with their hands nailed to the wood. He watched as blood dripped from the stakes to the puddles that were once the water that had now turned red from the blood of the punished. This was all because they would take a chip. Abby walks out and looks at Kane. "Now will you take the key?" she asks. Ontari walks out with her. Everyone thinks that she's the next commander because she killed the others in their sleep.

Kane takes the chip in his hand and throws it. The others that refused to take it were taken to a cell. Abby tells them to leave Kane there with her. She has an idea.

The unfortunate idea was to take him and put him on a cross. Kane gets forced down and his hands are tied up. They hammer large nails into his wrists as he yells in pain.

They slowly push the cross upright so he is forced to stand there. His yells are heard by all. It was torture and they leave him there to bleed.
