Prisoners Part 8

"What is up with me and walking in on people-" she says and covers her eyes. Clarke quickly lays on Lexa and covers both of them up.

"You can look now." Clarke says holding back a laugh.

Raven turns around with a bright red face. She looks at Clarke "there are going to be defectors and want Lexa to come- that's all. Diyioza dropped food for us and Octavia burned it all. Guess you didn't see or hear." she says and leaves closing the tent behind herself.

Clarke looks at Lexa and laughs a little as Lexa starts Laughing also. They would kiss again and lay there looking at each other for a bit before Lexa talks.

"I love you." she says

Clarke smiles "I love you too." she says back

Lexa would stay smiling before it fades a little "Raven and Bellamy told me about this tradition your people had up in the sky." she says moving her hand to Clarkes cheek and rubbing it softly with her thumb

"And what was that?" she asks

Lexa smiles "Marriage. They told me that if they where to love someone so much and want to spend the rest of thee life with them then they would ask that person to marry them. There would be a party with music and drinks. A ceremony too to celebrate the marriage." she says

Clakre blushes madly at that "do you really love me that much?" she asks

Lexa nods her head and smiles. "Yes, i do. Even though we havent dated that long sense there was a six year gap where we didnt even know if eachother were alive. But i think my love grew more for you."

Clarke smiles and nods "i feel the same way. But we cant do it now because we have nowhere to do it and nobody to marry us. I think we wait." she responds

Lexa nods and smiles "I agree. I want it to be in a beautiful valley with a stream behind the spot where we stand. I want all our people invited and to be t it. Moss and you wear a dress with me. I want that. I want to watch you walk down the isle to me." Lexa says tearing up imagining it.

Clarke tears up at hearing all of this come from the great commander. She kisses her softly "I want that too." she says laying her head on Lexa's chest and hand on Lexa's cheek. She closes her eyes to get some rest and Lexa does the same. They would drift off into sleep for a good two hours before waking up.
