What If She Didn't Die?

Bardo Part 3

The group huddles together and begins to talk.

"They think the flame is still in Lexas' head." Raven would say in a hushed tone.

Lexa smirks "That means that they are still on our side."

"Alright, you three should go and find Octavia," Clarke states

They all agree and head off to find her, and after only a few minutes they do. Lexa, Raven, and Miller walk into a room that has Octavia and Dieoza sitting on the ground. Lexa would go to Octavia and Octavia would hug her tightly.

As the two women hug, another woman walks into the room which makes Miller and Raven point their guns at her.

"No don't! She's my daughter." Dieoza would tell the two.

They would put their guns down and look at Dieoza confused.

"Time dilation is a bitch." Octavia would tell the group.

The group had now left the room and began to walk down the hall when they fined Levit, their inside man.

"Where is Echo" Octavia would ask with a concerned look on her face.

"She's not with you?" He asks then thinks for a moment, his face drops "She's going to crystalize the water. It uhm." he thinks again "its a floor up." he states

The group[ thanks him then hurries over and up eventually finding the room. They open it to find Echo standing over the open water tank with the crystalizing disease in her hand about to drop into the water.

"This is not who you are" Lexa would say holding a hand out for the crystallizing agent. "The grief and sadness you feeling for Bellamy right now is clouding your judgment and I know that sounds selfish. I know it does but this isn't how we get revenge for him. Not anymore at least, so please give me the bottle." Lexa would feel anxious and think about her time on the ark without Clarke, having thought she was dead all the years because of her friends. It was torture, remembering her eyes and nose. The Blonde hair she would braid. The soft smell of lilac she always had. She tears up slightly. "Please-" she would whisper as her voice broke with that final word.

Echo would stand there as tears started to pore over and down her cheeks. She would walk up to the group and hug Raven as she let out sobs. Raven would hug her back and rub slow soft circles on her back to try her best and comfort her broken friend.

A man that was rounding a corner comes running up to them and they all collectively hold their guns up to him but before anything can happen, Hope slits the man's throat. She grabs the crystalizing solution and runs to the open water source. She tips it over so a single drop poors out but just as it's dropping Dieoza runs and puts her hand under it, closing the water source with it and the drop hits her hand.

"Get out of here and close the door!" Dieoza would yell as her hand turned into crystal.

Hope would feel the group yank her arm as she yelled for her mom, she watched them close the door before the crystals could spread out of the room and watched as her mother turned completely to crystal. She would let out a loud sob and nearly collapse at the sight of her mother dying in front of her.
