The next couple weeks after dealing with Mech held very little incidents, which was a relief. Saphira and Optimus spoke a little more about the kind of missions she could go on, and she continued practicing her self defence as Ratchet had finally relented as he now realized that her shoulder was healed enough for more vigorous movement. He still cautioned Saphira about doing too much as he did not want her to harm herself. Saphira promised him that she would not, and she kept that promise. She only pushed herself to the point of feeling slightly uncomfortable.

She loved that her body was feeling stronger each day. She was starting to sport some abs on her stomach, something that Optimus found quite attractive when she had gone to Optimus for some company again. They did make out twice during the two weeks and Saphira found herself slipping into the berth room to sleep on his chassis regularly. Optimus loved it, he didn't always fall into recharge, so he was able to keep an eye on her and comfort her, rubbing her back gently and allowing the pulse of his spark to play a lullaby for her. Only twice she had nightmares that made her want to stay with Optimus, and he welcomed her with open arms.

Bulkhead and Bee were still not aware that Optimus and Saphira's relationship was anything but just a friendship. However, Saphira has caught Arcee watching her and Optimus very closely. It was bothering her a little bit because she didn't like being spied on that way. Saphira actually began feeling uncomfortable being alone with Arcee, even though the femme hasn't hurt her. She has taken a few lone rides with her and nothing bad has come from it. But she could sense the suspicion from her.

Aside from all that, Saphira has also been playing her guitar a little more as well. She had been writing up a song she wants to dedicate to her mother due to her death anniversary coming up. She played in her bedroom, or at the abandoned property when she went to check on her plants, add another bed and plant some more seeds. She was working out the lyrics and tune for the song at the moment, perfecting it on her own without many ears to hear her. While she knew Optimus would love to hear it, the song wasn't for him, and she liked doing this on her own.

It was Friday and Saphira had just finished her class, feeling a little annoyed at her teacher. She had been tasked to complete a report about a chosen historical location on the planet within a week, she and the other students were unprepared for this assignment, but the history teacher she has was the kind of teacher who would put up assignments that needed to be completed in a day without notice. She wished she could pepper spray her.

Saphira walked out of the building and spotted Optimus, Bee and Arcee waiting, she smiled before frowning when she didn't see Bulkhead. "Hmm...now wear is that big bot?" She wondered curiously.

"He's probably going to come later because Miko is in detention again." She turned to face Raf when she heard his voice, he smiled at her as he walked down the stairs. "She had a history report that was due today, and she had not even started it. So, she is being made to stay back until she's finished it."

She raised an eyebrow. "Hmm...coincidence, my idiot history teacher wants me to do an assignment that needs to be completed by next week...Monday, not Friday." She rolled her eyes at the very thought. "She makes me want to strangle her...but...just a few more weeks and I am free of her."

"At least you, Jack and I get our schoolwork done," Raf said with a smile, adjusting his classes casually. "Miko, I think, just flunks her schoolwork because we are with the autobots. I believe it won't last forever, as much as it is great to hang out with them."

Saphira did not think that the bots would leave the planet as Cybertron was doomed long ago...but...the idea of not being with Optimus forever somewhat scared her. "Why do you even believe that, Raf?"

Raf shrugged and walked towards Bee with a small smile on his face. "Things don't last forever, Saphira. I want to believe that Bee and I will be friends right up until I have a walking stick, but...I don't see it happening. I might be pessimistic, but I also think it is realistic. Could you see that happening for yourself?"
