Chapter 45

As Bulkhead drove through the vortex, Saphira peered outside and smiled when she saw they were in a location that appeared to be an old Olympic game sight, or even chariot racing. There were a lot of ruins and Saphira had to figure out what this place was once she finished taking photos and written up stuff about it. Miko was curious about it as well, her eyes were wide and excited about being here.

Bulkhead pulls up and opened the doors for the girls. "Here we are!" He said in a cheerful voice.

Saphira jumped out and looked at with a smile, pulling out her phone and began taking pictures. "This is actually pretty cool!" She exclaimed excitedly, glancing up at Bulkhead as he transformed when Miko jumped out. "This place looks like an Ancient Olympic game sight, probably chariot racing. I am very excited about writing about it."

Bulkhead chuckles and glances down at Miko as she looked around. "So what are we doing in grecoville?" She asked as she looked around curiously.

"I'm scouting energon," Bulkhead said with a smile as he walked forward with the scanner. "You're doing research for your history report. Just like Saphira is right now." He glanced down as Saphira ran past him to take photos of more ruins. "And you should show the same excitement as her too."

Miko looked at the autobot in shock. "You punked me Bulk?! Not cool!"

Saphira heard the girl, but paid no attention. She saw there was an excavation site here, and looked like the workers had hit energon veins, but she ran down the stairs as she saw a picture of one of the Greek gods and wanted to get a closer look. She took photos of other ruins, making sure to not get photos of the excavation site so it looks like she hadn't actually been here. When she got closer to the picture and took a photo of it, she saw the god in the picture was of Poseidon and he was shown cupping something in his hands.

"Wait...something seems strange about it," Saphira mumbled to herself, placing a hand on the picture. "It seems alien to me." She wondered if it was alien, because the round object appeared to be something a lot more advance than the Ancient Greeks at that age. She turned and saw Bulkhead looking at the excavation site. "Hey Bulkhead! I think I found something! Is this Cybertronian or something?"

Bulkhead looked down to see what Saphira was pointing at. He widened his optics as he sat it. "Yes, yes it is!" He was very tempted to get closer. "Why would Ancient Greeks paint an energon harvester?"

Energon harvester? That doesn't sound friendly at all!

Saphira looked at the painting curiously and sat down to begin writing. She knew not to include what exactly what the item in the painting was, but she would write about the orb as she would include it in her report and explain what the Greeks would have believed the object to be. Especially since Poseidon is depicted holding it.

Miko looked the picture and pulled out her phone in surprise. "You know what that round thing is?" She takes a photo of the painting as well. "You're smarter than you let on."

"But even dumber than he looks."

Saphira was startled and stood up, looking back to see a con approaching at the top of the stadium. He had yellow eyes, orange face, steel blue chassis, shoulder pads, wrists and ankles, while being grey in the rest of his body. Saphira also realizes this bot didn't appear to look like he could fly, and she didn't remember this decepticon being mentioned to them either. Still, the cocky grin on his face said a lot about his personality already, and Saphira could already feel the animosity between Bulkhead and this decepticon.

"Breakdown!" Bulkhead growled in surprise, narrowing his optics at the con.

Saphira looked at the con, not knowing what he was doing there, only to glance at the energon and realize that he must have detected the energy too. Breakdown laughed mockingly at Bulkhead. "Miss me?"
