>>>Goodbye<<<

"Hi, Soobin," Yuna called out from the sofa, her eyes still trained on the tv. Soobin raised his hand to wave hello to her but decided against it since she wouldn't be able to see it anyway. Instead, he responded with a hi before following Jisu into her room.

Jisu had called Soobin over to help her pack since he didn't have anything to do before they met up with their friends and family. The couple had gathered everyone to let them know they would be leaving the country and say their goodbyes.

"Don't mind the mess," Jisu laughed nervously as she let Soobin into the room. Soobin was unfazed seeing the room a complete mess since his room had looked exactly like this too.

"Can you help me fold that pile of clothes?" Jisu pointed to the stack that was right next to the half-packed suitcase. Soobin nodded before sitting cross-legged on the floor, ready to help.

The room was fairly silent as the duo tended to different things. Jisu was putting some things inside the suitcase while Soobin tried his best to fold the clothes neatly.

As he placed another shirt on the pile of clothes that he had successfully folded, his ears perked up at the sound of someone softly singing. Soobin turned his head slowly to Jisu, who was packing her things into the luggage, oblivious that she had been caught by Soobin.

"Loving him was red~" Jisu continued to hum as Soobin turned his attention back to the clothes, shaking his head in disbelief. Pretty soon, he had figured out the melody of the song since Jisu kept on humming the same part over and over again.

Jisu's head snapped up in surprise suddenly hearing a low hum harmonizing with her. She nearly stopped humming altogether, but when she met eyes with Soobin, she willed herself to continue.

"You're pretty good!" Jisu teased the younger before turning back to the suitcase, laughing. Soobin turned back to the pile of clothes, flushed red in embarrassment but he managed to laugh along with her.

"Hey, Jisu?" Soobin hummed as he placed the last shirt on the pile before turning to face her. Soobin fell silent as he stared into Jisu's eyes, a pair of brown orbs that didn't seem to have an end.

"Thank you for comforting Yun-Jae the other day," Soobin mumbled as he scooched closer so that their fingertips would touch one another. Jisu's eyes flickered down as Soobin placed his hands on her, caressing her soft skin with his thumb.

She looked up again when Soobin used his other hand to tuck a hair strand behind her ear. Jisu's eyes fluttered closed as she leaned into Soobin's hand, soaking in the warmth of his touch.

Her eyes opened slowly to see Soobin staring at her. So much love, adoration, and tenderness were present in his eyes, and it made Jisu's stomach do flips and turns. She knew she got lucky.
