Chapter Thirteen

Chapter 13

It's been close to eighteen years since Kristen has been to one of her family pack's outing. She could remember the times she had always looked forward to going but, that had all changed in one slit moment she knew would eventually will happen.

Before they called it a night, Kristen informed her pack to dress comfortable as they were going to be going to her father's camp ground's near his fifteen acer lake. They'll be games and different activates for all ages. As well as water activates if you feel like going swimming.

Kristen also had put on some fresh and stronger herble paste for her shoulder. So she wouldn't be so sore for the games she was inchen to play.

That next morning, Kristen was the first up. It has been such along time since she had been here, she felt like taking a morning run.

The air was cool as she headed tours a small shed like building where she had some privacy to change into her wolf form.

With her clothes neatly folded and placed onto the small binch. Kristen stood there allow the cool breeze that sips through the cracks to surround her. Feeling free, Kristen set her interwolf free and welcomed it was it spread throughout her body.

As her bones started to easily reshape themselves into her wolf. The first is her inters, as they reshape it also works along her back. Her arms, hands legs and feet change almost the same time then her muzzle, theat, ears and tail. During it all, her fur grows slowly until the last moment where her transformation is complete.

Afterwards, Kristen gives her body a well deserve shake. As with all the transformation going on, it only takes her a few moments to change into her wolf.

Her father, Ian, owns close to 65,000 acres in the mountains. There were several small lakes and streams where that were just as crystal clear and filled with trout and other fish. She loves the taste of the fresh water after a long run.

She would sometimes run into some of the smaller packs that live on his land. It is a safe heaven away from humans. They can change out in the open and run without worry of been seen or shot.

Making her way across the front yard, she noticed everyone was waiting on her at the front door.

"Did you enjoy your run?" Her father asked.

Nodding, he added, "Well hurry and get dressed. We're waiting on you."

So much for taking a quick shower, her run was longer then she intended. She had enjoying it way to much as it had been such a long time since she felt so free.

Kristen did manage to get in a quick shower before they left.

By the time they arrived at the Pack's park near the biggest lake on Ian's land. The other Royal packs were already there kicking off the day.

An hour into the outing, Kristen's pack was started loosening up and having fun. Manny had found a table where a few people were playing dominos. With him watching they asked if he knew how to play. Nodded and they asked him to join as they needed another player.

As for Shelly, she had stayed close to Manny until Kristen's mom came over and took her with her to one of the ladies circle. There Shelly found someone with similer interest as herself. Before she knew it she was sat around talking and cutting up with them.

Emily had found the basketball court where there were some girls that looked to be the same age as she playing a game. As for Justin, he found a group of guys playing tickle football, which was right up his ally.

As for Britten. He stayed close to his daughter until an old friend came by. They sat on the nearby benches watching Emily and catching up on old times.
