Chapter Twenty - Nine

Chapter 29

Fill a bag full of herbs and rushing to her family's jet. Marlena flow to Waco Texas where she then got on an awaiting helicopter that took her straight to Jax's back yard.

Seth was outrage at Jax allowing these wolves be on his place after what they had done to their brother. What really made him see red was that he was in love with one of them.

"She pasted out again from the pain." Marlena heard Dallas. "She lets out a scream that sounds like she wants to die." he paused as it was hard on him, "I can also see that Jax is taking this hard. It is killing him. It is odveous that she is his soul mate."

Walking up onto the porch, the door opened, "I'll take you to her." Jax stepped to the side allowing Marlena inside. She could see that his eyes were red and his voice was shaky. She following him to his room and when she walked in, she saw her baby sister laying in a pool of metallic blood that was still draining from her nose and mouth.

Oh baby sister, Marlena sighed as she made her way over to the bed side. Without warning, Kristen let out a scream of bloody murder.

"Kristen!" Marlena cried as she never heard any type of scream like that.

Looking at the paste that was on her cuts for the first time and the smell that it was giving off, rage started to flow in Marlena's veins.

"You couldn't kill her so you decided to torture her." Marlena roared as she held down her baby sister.

Rage flared, "I don't know the herbs that will take the poison out." Jax snapped, "This is the only thing that I know how to slow the poison down. I informed her what I had and she agreed. This is killing me too."

The look Marlena gave him, "I had to do something to slow the silver down or she would have died." He help back his anger as guilt hit him.

Smelling his emotions, Marlena stopped blaming him and started working on saving her baby siser. "Well we need to get this paste off. I'll start making something that will help take this out of her system as well as take the poison out of her."

While Jax was wiping off the old paste, Marlena asked, "What was in your knife?" Diferent hunters uses different poisons.

Closing his eyes and fitghting back the tears, "Silver, wolfband and misaltoe dust. The blade is made of mountain ash that was heated to make it a strong soild."

Marlena couldn't hold back low frustrating growl out as she mix what she needed. She had heard of these knifes but never seen one or really knew what was in them or how they were made.

With a warm washcloth, Marlena made sure the rest of Jax paste was off before apply hers. It would be just as painful but it wouldn't last as long. This paste will pull out the poison instead of keeping it in her system and slowly killing her.

"How long will it take for your paste to work?" Jax ask as he pulled up another chair and sat on the other side of the bed.

"The paste will start turning dark as it pulls out the poison. It will be painful as yours but it won't last. Once the paste gets close to black, we have to wipe it off and apply more until the paste doesn't change color." Marlena explained.

"I also need to make a liquid form in her. I need to get some down her that will take out even more of the poison since she received a huge dose of it. She will be puking it out." She added.

Setting there, Jax tried to make small talk. He mentioned about this Alpha Taten's pack and what Kristen had told him.

"Was one of his pack members saw you stab Kristen?" There was alot of concern in her voice.
