I heard a knock on the door, and my mom went to get the door. I heard her say, "oh hey, ej!"

My boyfriend replied, "Hi, Mrs. L/N! How are you doing today?"

"I'm doing good, kiddo! Thank you! How are you, sweetie?"

"Making my way through senior year." He chuckled.

"Oh, don't remind me. I can't believe you are both in your senior year." My mom groaned. "Y/n is upstairs, hun."

"Thank you, Mrs. L/N." He replied, sincerely.

I heard EJ come up the stairs to my room, and he knocked on my door.

I laughed, "come on in, baby."

He slowly opened the door and walked over to my desk where I was working on my homework. He wrapped his arms around me and kissed my cheek *you can tell i rlly want a guy to do this to me i keep writing abt it lol*. I smiled, "hey eej."

"Hey, darling."

"So, I overheard your conversation with my mom," I said, turning over to face him. "You're so adorable."

"I gotta make sure she likes me."

"She's liked you for 2 years." I giggled. My parents have loved EJ since they met him.

"Thank goodness." He sighed, "Because I'm gonna marry you."

I laughed, "you're so cute."

"I know." He giggled, "So, what are you working on?" He asked me.

"Chem homework."

"Ew," EJ said.

"I know, right?"

He took a glance at my computer, and laughed, "That is why I'm taking bio."

I laughed and started typing again on my computer. EJ noticed my hands and frowned. I furrowed my eyebrows as I saw him. I laughed, "what?"

"What happened to your hand?" He asked, concerned. There was a red mark on my hand that I forgot about.

"Oh," I laughed, "It's from art class, it's just a marker baby."

"You sure?" He asked gently taking my hand and kissing it.

I smiled, "it's marker, eej. I'm good."

"I don't like you getting hurt."

"I know. I'm not hurt."

He smiled and gave me a small kiss on the lips, "okay."

"This is why I love you. You noticed a tiny mark on my hand, and were concerned for my health."

He grinned, "I want you to be safe, y/n. You're the best thing that's happened to me. I love you."

I smiled, "Okay, so what homework did we want to start on?"

"Oh, babe, I came here to see you not to do homework."

"You brought your backpack." I laughed.

"I knew you would make me do my homework." He frowned. "Don't worry, I'm almost done with most of it."

"Most of it. Might as well finish the rest." I shrugged with a smile.

"Oh, dang it. Why did I have to fall in love with such a nerd." He shook his head as I rolled my eyes.

I hit him gently, "jerk."

"Buttface." He said hopping onto my bed and unzipping his backpack.

"Do your homework, dummy." I snorted, getting back to my chemistry homework.

"Yes, ma'am." He said, saluting me. I rolled my eyes at the adorable boy that I got lucky enough to have.
