"Heyyy." EJ said, as slid into his seat next to me in Honors Spanish 3.

I looked up from my phone, "hey ej."

"So, I have a question for you." He smiled, placing his elbow on the table and leaning his head on it.

I snorted, "okay...what's up?"

"Are you going to the football game tonight?"

I grimaced, "uh-I don't know." I shrugged, "probably not, football's not really my thing. I haven't gone to any of the hoco football games before." I giggled.

His face dropped, "yeah. I get it."

I frowned and put my hand on his knee, "aw ej, I migh-"

"Okay class listen up! I know it's homecoming weekend, but, it doesn't mean that you stop learning Spanish! Vamos vamos!!" I rolled my eyes at Mrs. Brennan. She can't even speak Spanish. Most of the time I just wish she would callarse la boca if you know what I mean. *i used Google translate so idk if that's right completely lol*

He gave me a sad smile and I shot one right back at him. I feel bad. He wanted me to come. Maybe I will.

"WHAT???!! YN LN IS GOING TO A FOOTBALL GAME??? WE'VE BEEN ASKING YOU EVERY YEAR!!!" Nini said.

"Nini, I said I was thinking about it."

"Well-that basically means you're going!!"

I laughed, "not sure that's how it works, Neen."

"Ahhh, we're going to have so much fun!!! So, what changed your mind?"

I tried to not smile and give it away.

Kourtney snorted, "Nini, it was obviously ej."

"Oh- ooooOoooOo. HE WANTS TO ASK YOU OUT." Nini exclaimed.

I slapped her arm, "shut up. He mentioned it, and when I said no he looked like really sad, so I just decided to go-"

"AWWW THAT'S SO CUTE!!!" She smiled.

Kourt and I smirked. Nini is so excited about everything involving boys and homecoming.

"YN!!!" Nini called me to where her, Kourtney, Ricky, Ashlyn, Big Red, and Gina were sitting.

I smiled and walked over to them, "hey guys."

Nini smiled and gave me a hug, "I'm so excited to see youuuu. Here." She said, handing me a Pom Pom.

"No." I laughed. "No way."

"Yes, take it." She insisted.

I rolled my eyes, grabbed the Pom Pom, and sat down next to them.

*bruh I have no idea why it's capitalizing Pom Pom lol*

"And Number 9 - EJ Caswell." The announcer said.

I smiled a little, and Nini stuck up my arm with the Pom Pom in it. I rolled my eyes, "woohoo! Let's go ej!" I mustered up a little enthusiasm.

He turned toward the bleachers, scanned it quickly, and smiled. He ran onto the field. He's so cute.

"EJ CASWELL WITH THE TOUCHDOWN!! AND THE EAST HIGH LEOPARDS WIN!!!!" The announcer screamed.

The boys on the field all started jumping and chest pumping. They lifted ej in the air. I giggled as the crowd was also going crazy and cheering.

I saw ej run off the field and into the bleachers. He ran to me, took off his helmet, and cupped my face. His lips crashed onto mine and I kissed him back with a smile on my face.

EJ laughed and whispered, "sorry, I'm so sweaty."

I snorted, "you're good, Caswell."

He looked me in the eyes and said, "I thought about you the whole game."

"Oh gosh, could you be any cheesier?"

He smiled, "y/n, will you go to homecoming with me?"

I smiled back, "of course, ej." I grinned and kissed him again. I motioned to the field, "get back out there, Caswell."

He nodded, started running back, turned around, and gave me one more kiss. "You're the best l/n."

I smiled. I am lovestruck. I giggled, "the boys are waiting for you." I said, as the football boys were obviously watching the whole thing. He nodded and ran back to the field.

He got back on the field and basically jumped on the boys, "LET'S GOOOO."

I rolled my eyes and smiled.

Nini turned to me with her mouth gaping wide open, "YN. LN. EJ CASWELL JUST ASKED YOU OUTTT."

I raised my eyebrows, "I was there, Neeners." I snorted.

"AHH I'M SO EXCITED FOR YOUUUU!!!" Nini exclaimed.

I smirked as ej turned back to look at me and we locked eyes. I gave him a heart with my fingers. He tried, and very much failed, to give one back. I giggled.
