Robb - Our Little Catelyn

Request from TheBaseballBabe Robb and his wife are announcing to the family that they are expecting. The family is so excited for them when they welcome a beautiful baby girl that they name Catelyn after his mom.

Tugging on my light brown fur cloak I try to calm my nerves of today. The door to my chambers open and I smiled feeling the familiar arms of my husband Robb wrapping around me from behind. He kisses my forehead smiling softly. "How's my girls doing today?" He asked where I turned around in his embrace wrapping my arms around his neck smiling. "We're fine. I just hope you're parents will be okay you're married to a Lannister." We accidentally slept together after a few too many drinks when King Robert rode North. He leans down kissing my forehead then intertwining my hand in his slightly bigger one. Leading me through the castle and into the great hall where his father sits on his throne underneath the giant direwolf flag. His wife sitting beside him in a slightly smaller throne their eyes locked onto us. His mother didn't trust me simply because of my former last name which made me feel guilty that I would have to hope she would like me someday for the sake of the infant growing inside me.

"You're going to be fine I promise dear." Robb whispered in my ear slowly tugging me forward so we stood directly before his parents. The lord and lady of Winterfell. Ned Stark sat up straighter in his chair resting his chin in the palm of his hand. "What do you need to tell us, Robb. We already know of your arrangement-" His wife cut him off which suprised me. "And we still don't agree to it. You must remember the Lannister's are not to be trusted!" He placed his hand over his wife's calming her down. Squeezing Robb's hand in mine I pouted at her words feeling guilty. "Mother, I know you don't trust lady Y/n. But I do.  And she's  - we're gonna have a baby. A baby girl." Ned rose to his feet suddenly wrapping his arms around me and his son grinning proudly at us chuckling. "Oh that's wonderful news son."

Catelyn got to her feet walking over to me slowly arms at her sides for a moment then she wrapped her arms around me in a gentle hug. I stiffened a little suprised by her embrace then I wrapped my arms around her returning the silent hug. Robb and Ned are both watching our interaction until we broke the hug. "Being a mother is the greatest gift Y/n. Enjoy every moment you can. And I know my son will be there for you. We raised him right." She glanced to her first born who pulled her in for a hug replying. "Thank you mother. We already have a name picked out." His father and I shared the same hopeful smile as I moved my hands to rest down on my growing belly. Robb's hand rests on my lower back aa his way of telling me he's right here in silence. "We were thinking of naming her Cat. In honor of you Lady Catelyn Stark." I explained before she pulled me in for another hug showing the biggest smile I had ever seen on her face. "That's wonderful my darling girl. Just wonderful." Robb kisses the crown of my head when I embraced him in a hug smiling in relief.
