At school a few days later she watches the exchange between Eli and Demetri with Sam. She bites her lip as she walks away angry. She got back with Eli but ever since he has been a different person.

Before her gym class she goes to miyagi-do and looks at Demetri. "I want to help. With cobra Kai," she sighs.

"Why?" Sam asks stepping in front of her.

"Because we've all known each other for a long time, LaRusso. But we never had a karate war. And I happen to not like the behavior my boyfriend is displaying," Resa says stepping closer.

Sam seems to think for a while before nodding and putting out her hand. "Welcome to Miyagi-Do," she smiles as Resa shakes it.

The game starts and Resa walks next Demetri. "How do you think Eli will react?" He asks her.

They both look at him walking next each other. An angry Eli makes eye contact with Resa and he scrunches his nose in anger. "Not good," she says softly as Demetri nods.

During the soccer game she knocks down the cobra Kai team except for Eli. He scores and lets out a celebrating yell until he almost bump into her.

They hold eye contact for a while as they stand there until he walks away. "Bitch," he whispers.

"Dickhead," she mumbles looking at him.

Their fighting on the field continues until she scores and he runs her down making them both fall on the ground. He gets up and looks at her before kneeing her in the nose.

A whistle sounds and both teams get send to the dean's office. "What the hell happened?" The dean asks looking at Resa as she holds her nose close as it's bleeding.

"My boyfriends an ass," Resa says glaring at Eli.

"Ex-boyfriend," he corrects her throwing back the same hateful glare.

"Let it get checked out. I'll see you Saturday for detention," the dean says before Resa walks off with an angry scoff.

That night she lays in her bed. Her phone keeps ringing but she ignores it. Her depression pushes thoughts in her head as she just lets her tears fall on the pillow.

She eventually sits up and grabs a pocket knife from under her mattress. She stares at it blankly bringing it to her wrist. "Hey," Tory says bursting through her bedroom door.

Resa looks up as Tory looks at her. Tory rushes over and grabs the pocket knife. "What the hell are you doing?" She yells grabbing Resa's wrists and looking at the all the cuts.

Some are scars, others are healing and a few are bleeding, just made. "You can't do this to yourself. Hey, look at me," Tory says grabbing her face.

Resa looks up with tears streaming down her face. "You can't hurt yourself. Not like this," Tory says tears forming in her eyes.

Resa let's out a sob as her head falls on Tory's shoulder who starts comforting her. "I can't keep going," she sobs as Tory pulls her closer.

"You'll be okay," Tory says kissing her forehead.
