Resa sits next Sam on a beach chair. She's reading a book as Anthony is staring at her body. "Anthony, can you stop?" Sam asks looking up from her book.
"Hey, Rees!" Eli yells as him and Miguel walk up to them.
"Ah, shit. I forgot Miguel was coming too," she says looking at Sam.
"It's good, Rees. We're just friends for now," Sam smiles.
Eli puts his hand on Resa's cheek and kisses her softly. "You okay?" He asks making her nod.
He sits down next her and Miguel stands in front of Sam. They have an awkward conversation until Miguel sits down next Sam.
"Yup, I just died with embarrassment," Resa sighs.
She lays on her back and grabs her book again. Eli lays on his back before closing his eyes to relax. Eventually she puts in her earbuds until she hears some commotion.
Eli also sits up and sighs getting up. "I'll get Anthony," Resa says also getting up.
She goes to Anthony and pulls him out of the pool. "You alright? She asks making him nod.
"I just wish he would leave me alone," he says as Robby walks over.
"You okay, Anthony?" He asks him.
Anthony nods before walking away while Resa looks at her brother. Robby looks at her for a while, "I heard what happened, after the tournament." He says looking down glancing at her belly quickly.
She doesn't say anything as he looks up again. "I'm sorry," he says softly.
She walks away from him shaking her head. Later on she's sitting on the beach chair and talking with Eli.
"Just a movie in bed with pizza?" He smiles.
"Yes, with sodas. Maybe we can get take out," she smiles.
He thinks for a bit before nodding, "we'll get some on the way home." He says putting his sunglasses on again.
"Sounds perfect," she smiles laying down again.
A little while later there's commotion and Eli and Miguel get up. She decides to stay out of it for herself but still watches over her book.
She gets up when people start chanting that the cobras are cheaters. She watches Kenny try to hit Eli and Eli gets kicked into the water by Robby.
She runs over and kicks her brother in it. Tory shoves Resa's shoulders and Resa grabs her arm before throwing her in the water too. Kenny kicks her in the water and Miguel shoves his shoulders.
"Okay! That's enough! Everybody! Out of the park! Now!" The life guard says stopping the two from fighting.
Eli helps Resa out of the water before putting an arm around her and walking off with her. They leave the park and go to his car where they both get in.
Resa throws the door shut behind her angry and closes her eyes. "I'm so done with all this karate bullshit. We can't even have a relaxed day at the fucking pool," she scoffs looking at Eli who starts his car.
"I know, but we can have a relaxing night in bed," he says driving away from the pool.
That night she sits in bed with him eating a cheeseburger. They're watching a movie but Resa mostly looks at her legs that are over his. The last time they had sex was before the assault of cobra Kai.
"Why haven't we had sex in two months?" She asks after cleaning up their food.
"You know why," he says looking at his phone.
She smiles and climbs on top of him. "Put your phone away," she says.
He looks at her and puts it away. "Yes, ma'am," he smiles grabbing her hips and pulling her closer.
She smiles kissing him. He kisses her back turning them around so she's under him.
