4.10 the rise

The semi finals of the girl, Tory against Sam, Resa against piper she doesn't know. Tory wins after a fight that was really rough. Resa is to distracted and almost loses but manages to win with a kick against the chest.

Miguel doesn't show up for his semifinal and Eli goes to the finals with Robby. Resa watches as Eli almost loses before she walks over to him.

"Hey, off the mat," the ref says grabbing her wrist.

"Hey, let go of her," Eli says harshly.

The ref steps back and she grabs Eli's gi pulling him away. "He's using cobra Kai. But you're not that good at Miyagi. So force him to use miyagi. You'll win. Right now, we don't need Eli. We need Hawk," she says making him nod.

He kisses her before sending her off the mat. She watches as they fight against each other the hardest they can. Both switching between miyagi and cobra styles the whole time.

Daryl stops them and she looks at Eli as he walks over. "One last advice?" He asks Daniel.

Daniel looks around him and nods looking at Resa. "Give him all you got," he says making Eli nod.

"You got this, baby," Resa smiles before he walks onto the mat.

Robby can't fix his gi so he takes it off and throws it at Tory. Eli walks back to Resa and takes off his own gi. She takes it from him and he moves the wings on his back.

Resa watches the fight between the two while she bites her nails anxiously. Eli wins and Resa smiles dropping his Gi before running over to him and jumping into his arms.

He holds up his trophy letting out a celebration scream. She smiles until she watches Robby walk off angry. She kisses Eli before running after Robby.

"Robby!" She sighs.

"What, Resa?" He yells turning to her angry.

"I'm sorry you lost," she says calmly.

"Next up, the girl finals," Daryl's voice sounds.

"Kick her ass," Robby says suddenly hugging Resa.

Resa is shocked at first before she relaxes in his hug and hugs him back. She goes back to the arena and stands next Eli. "You got this," he says holding her hand.

"That's not what I'm worried about," she says before letting go and getting on the mat.

Daryl steps on the mat, "what better way to cap off this exciting exhibition of karate than with the final match for the ages? Representing Cobra Kai, the Queen Cobra herself, Tory Nichols! Coached by her Senseis John Kreese and Terry Silver." He looks at Tory before turning his attention back to the crowd.

"Representing Miyagi-Do karate, the Sensei's Daughter, Theresa Lawrence! Coached by her best friends father and sensei, two-time all valley champion Daniel LaRusso, who I've just been informed will be joined by sensei Johnny Lawrence," he continues as Resa turns to see her father standing next Daniel.

She smiles as Daniel runs over the mat to Daryl. "I stand corrected, Fellow two-time champion. Sensei Johnny Lawrence! Lets go!" He says as Resa turns to the men.

"You have seen her fight, you know how she thinks. Kick her ass," Johnny smiles hugging his daughter.

"You have been trying to master both karate styles. You're one of the best here. Kick her ass, as your dad loves to say it," Daniel smiles.

He gets a hug from Resa which surprises him before he hugs back. The fight between Resa and Tory is heavy. Both hold grudges and have feelings that are buried deep within.

Resa gets a first point and they continue again. Tory kicks her in her belly making Resa shocked for a second, giving Tory the chance to throw her on the ground and get a point.

Resa gets up and hits the mat angry before she walks to her Senseis. "You okay?" Eli asks grabbing her hand.

"Yeah, it wasn't that hard," she says with her hand on her belly.

"You sure?" Amanda asks rushing over.

"Yeah, we're fine," Resa says before turning to her dad and Daniel.

"Just focus, do what you think is best," Daniel says with a nod.

"He's right. Trust your instincts, Princess," Johnny says making her think for a second before nodding.

She looks at Eli who also nods. "Just be careful," he says before she walks off again.

"I don't like this," Amanda sighs biting her lip.

"Trust her. She can do it. You haven't seen her at her best," Johnny says looking at her.

Resa gets ready and the match continues. Resa is able to get Tory to a line and hits her but Tory steps out and it's a no point.

They continue and Resa kicks Tory to the ground getting a point. The match continues and they end up on the ground. Tory turns to hit Resa but she lets out a scream making Tory stop in her tracks.

"Shit, Rees. I'm sorry," she says as Resa gets up holding her nose.

She walks over to her Senseis and Eli uses his Gi to clean her nose. "You're not focused enough. You need to put your full focus on," Johnny says.

"I'm trying, I don't know what's wrong, dad," she sighs wincing slightly at Eli's touch on her nose.

"You're not using your instincts, you're thinking to much. You gotta let go of your thoughts," Daniel says grabbing her hand.

She nods as she gets up again. She walks back to the mat and looks at Tory. She closes her eyes getting into a position.

She gets a flashback of Tory kissing her neck and shoulder. Then she gets a flashback of Tory fighting her in Sam's house. She opens her eyes again and lets out a deep breath before attacking first.

She almost wins until Tory kicks her hard in her stomach. Resa gasps as she shoots back onto the mat. Tory jumps up and goes to help Resa.

Eli kicks her hand away as Daniel and Johnny help her up. "The hell is wrong with you? She's pregnant," he says angry before turning to Resa and helping her off the mat.

"I didn't know!" Tory yells before she gets run down by Cobra Kai.

It's a few days later and Resa wakes up in her bed. She frowns feeling the empty spot behind her. She gets up looking at the passed out Eli on his desk.

She sits up and looks at him with a sad face. She walks over to him carefully putting her hand on his shoulder.

He shoots up as his chair turns to her. He calms down looking at her and lets out a sigh moving his hands over his face. "Come to bed," she says softly.

He nods closing his iPad. "Yeah," he says softly before getting up.

She lays down as he takes off his hoodie. He lays down behind her and goes over the new tattoo on her shoulder. He has the exact same on his own shoulder.

It's baby feet with angel with and the date of the day after the tournament under it. She doesn't react to his touch as she bites her lip trying not to cry while she squeezes her eyes shut.

They only knew for a day but had already decided to keep it. She was already a two months along but neither had noticed because of the tournament.

They didn't blame Tory, both knew the risk but thought it wouldn't happen. He pulls her closer and sniffs as she turns around so her face is in his chest.

She used be alone on her lowest, now he was there with her. They both hit rock bottom after the tournament.
