Eli walks down the stairs with Miguel and Robby. "Rees?" He asks looking into the bedroom.
"In bed," she says clearly half asleep.
"You sure she's okay enough to hear this now?" Robby asks worried a little bit.
"Hear, what?" She asks in the doorway with Eli's hoodie and short on.
"You won the tournament, silver cheated," Eli says not wanting to work around it.
She looks at him with shock before looking at Robby and Miguel who both nod. Tears form in her eyes as she opens her mouth to let out a shaky breath.
Eli walks over to her but she puts her arms up. "Don't," she says walking into the room and closing the door behind her.
The next morning she walks out of the room to see the three boys on the couch and floor asleep. She looks at them for a second with a smile before going up the stairs and leaving the house.
She spends the day on the beach alone until it starts getting dark and she gets a call from Tory. "Tory? You okay?" She asks worried.
"I need your help," Tory says in the phone.
"I'll be with you in five," she says before hanging up.
When she gets to Tory's house, her hand is broken and Tory crying. It's clear Tory is in the same state as she once found Resa.
Resa sits next Tory and bandages her hand. "When I found out about the cheating. I was broken, then I found out you lost your baby. I couldn't look you in the eyes. Im so, so sorry I didn't tell you," Tory cries in her other hand.
"Look at me," Resa says grabbing her face.
Tory looks up. "Shit happens, and I'm fine. I'm sitting in front of you because I care about you. I love you more than I hate you," Resa says.
Tory kisses her suddenly. "I can't. I'm pregnant," Resa says putting her hands on Tory's shoulders.
