It had been getting a little snowy, since November had arrived, so the staff of XX decided to start the examinations before it got too cold. They decided to start with Class 1-1, and Natsuki was first up. The examinations went in this order: Grip strength, 50-meter run, long jump, side stepping, vision, and shot put.
"Alright then, grip strength first, right?" she asks, and a teacher nods. She picks up a dynamometer, and squeezes it as hard as she can. Her score is 40.1 kg, and it surprises many of her classmates. "Wow, extremely impressive. I thought it'd be a bit lower, not because of your height, but because of how slim you look!" her teacher comments, writing it down.
Next comes her fifty-meter run. She prepares for it, and upon the whistle blow, she sprints for the end, scoring 5.98 seconds. Her classmates applaud her, and while the next student takes the grip strength examination, Natsuki moves on to the long jump, getting 13.88 meters. In her side stepping test, she managed to do 40 in one minute. Her vision score is 0.9, being slightly below average. Finally, in shot put, when she threw the ball, it flew 37 m.
Next came Mitsuki, who tensed herself up a little before starting. After picking up the dynamometer, she took a deep, deep breath. She squeezed the grip, and scored 23 kg. She was a bit disappointed, since she expected twenty five or more.
She walked over to the running line, and began her 50-meter run. Her time was 7.81 seconds, which didn't rein in any disappointment nor good impressions. She was a little worn out already, since she isn't very athletic. The long jump came up next, and her scoring was 9.94 meters.
Her side steps were 27 in one minute, and she was already nigh-completely worn out. Mitsuki was thankful to be able to sit down for a while as she focused on her vision. Her score in that end was 0.8, close to Natsuki. After drinking a juice box she carried with her, she went on to finish the examination with shot put. Her throw didn't make it very far, having only traveled 19 m.
Mitsuki walked over to Natsuki, who could tell she was disappointed with her results. "Musta sucked for you, huh?" she asks, drinking water while wiping the sweat off her forehead. Her classmate groans. "Yep. I didn't even get 20 meters in the shot put..." she replies, sitting down on the bench.
Within fifteen minutes...
The next two people to go are Yuri and Monika, who are both from Class 1-2. Four students went before one of them were called. "Hmm... Sousasuru, you there?" the teacher calls. Monika walks up, and starts her testing. She picks up the dynamometer, and squeezes it. Her grip strength is recorded as 32.5 kg.
Next comes her 50-meter run. She gets off to a good start, swiftly finishing the run in 5.55 seconds. "Wow, best this year!" the teacher mutters, writing it down on her sheet. "Alright then, next up, the long jump. Try your best!" he tells Monika, encouraging his student. She runs for it, and makes a pretty high jump, landing on 15 meters flat.
She does her side stepping test next, scoring 43 in one minute. Her vision is then recorded, and she scores a high point at 1.6, impressing her teacher and classmates. Following that was her shot put test. Monika picks up the ball, and chucks it hard. It flies 40 m before hitting the ground. Monika smiles, and wipes her sweat off.
After a few more students pass, it is finally Yuri's turn. She becomes a bit nervous, but just focuses on trying as hard as she can. Her grip strength is surprisingly high, being recorded as 33.0 kg. In her 50-meter run, the time was 6.22 seconds. "Alright then, Shuuchaku, next up... your long jump. Try your best!" her teacher encouragingly tells her, pointing to the sand.
After a short sprint, she launches herself over and lands feet first into the sand, almost falling over. The measurement of her jump was 12.44 m. Following that was her side stepping, managing to get 34 in one minute. Her vision was 1.3, and her shot put throw was 23 m. Her scoring was over all somewhat above average.
After fifteen more minutes...
Class 1-3's time for the examinations came up, and first came Masahiro. He took a stretch before starting. He picks up the dynamometer, and gets an average score of 25 kg. Next comes his 50-meter run, and his time was 5.44 seconds. He was sweating a little, since his stamina isn't great at all, in contrast to his nigh-phenomenal speed.
Following his run was the long jump. He takes a stance, sprints, and makes a leap of faith. He lands in 13 meters, but unfortunately, he falls over and his head hits just below the 12 meter marker, giving him 11.93 m in his score. This agitated him a little. Masahiro shakes it off, though, and gets ready for the side steps test.
After a minute, he managed to score 51, surprising many people in his class. He was visibly worn out, and he sat down for the vision examination while the student following him did the long jump. His vision was 1.2, and his shot put throw was 27 m.
Following him was Sayori, who immediately picked up a 49 kg score on the grip strength test. Her time on the 50-meter run was 5.55 seconds, and her long jump was exactly 12.5 meters. She pumped herself up before beginning the side steps exam, which she managed to get a score of 45 in 1 minute. Her vision was a flat 1.0, and her shot put was 49 m.
After nearly every other student went, Isekai came up last. He picks up the dynamometer and crushes it. "...don't you have a stronger one?" he asks, freaking out his teacher, marking "> 100kg" on his sheet. On his 50-meter run, the instant he hears the click, he flashes to the end, and the assistant clicks on 0.9. Everyone knew that wasn't accurate, and the teacher wrote "< 0.9 sec" on the sheet.
Every last one of his classmates is watching in shock as he rips through the examinations, getting a 27.81 m score on his long jump, 129 side steps in 1 minute, and 2.0 on his vision. Last came the shot put, and he launched the ball to the sky. It seemed to have never fallen down, so the teacher wrote ∞ on his score.
"Well... uh... we can deduce that your physical condition is beyond superhuman..." his teacher tells him, eyes fixed on his scores. Masahiro's face just read "Couldn't you have held back a little...?" while everyone else's was just incomprehensible confusion. "Too much of a hassle limiting myself," Isekai replied, huffing.
