The brown eyed girl roused from her slumber, the sun's warm rays falling across her face. She yawned, sitting up and stretching her arms, the twin sized bed creaking slightly beneath her. Getting out of the bed, she glanced to Nymph's bucket, finding it empty. Guess her friend had already gotten up.
Tabitha sniffed the air, a faint yet mouth watering smell coming to her. Could her friend be cooking? It was certainly possible. The pink haired girl crept down the stairs, following the growing scent to the kitchen. She poked her head in and took a look. Sure enough, she found Nymph standing at the stove, cooking something.
"Morning, Nymph! Want some help? No. Guess I'll just sit at the table then." Tabitha plopped down on a wooden chair. Her brown eyes followed Nymph as the water girl finished cooking.
Nymph walked over, holding a pair of plates, her liquid body jiggling with her steps. She placed one plate in front of her pink haired friend and placed the other down for herself. Taking a seat, she looked across the table expectantly.
Tabitha took a spoonful of the cheesy potato and egg scramble and popped it into her waiting mouth. "Good going, Nymph! This is delicious!" she complimented with a smile.
Nymph giggled happily before picking up her spoon. She dug into the meal, the delectable morsels from her plate promptly disappearing into her mouth in sequence. Considering she was made out of water, how did that even work?
