The soft grass crushed under her heels as she walked, her brown eyes on the lookout. Crouching down, she plucked a twig from the forest floor. After looking the bit of wood over, Tabitha stuffed the small branch into her backpack, the small branch joining a few other bits of wood she had already collected.

She turned her attention to a nearby tree, cocking her head to the side as a thought came to her, her short pink hair swaying. Instead of picking up scraps from the forest floor, why not chop down a tree? Then again, she lacked an axe, and she had never actually chopped a tree down before. Was it possible to chop a tree down with a staff? Why does that thought seem a bit silly? Setting the notion aside, she returned to perusing the forest floor.

"Monster. Branch Golem." Her brown eyes came across what appeared to be a large pile of branches, but her Curiosity identified it as a monster. Rather unsurprisingly, the thing's many branches began to move, its appearance now amounting to a moving pile of branches.

Tabitha looked at the odd creature in front of her, her grip tightening on her staff. Perhaps she couldn't chop down a tree with her staff, but surely, she could defeat an animated pile of branches. Considering it actually was a pile of branches, defeating it should provide more than enough firewood. Smiling, she readied herself for combat, the Branch Golem's branches swaying.
