Tabitha swept her staff through the water once more, her brown eyes focused. This time, she felt her rod make solid contact with her target. With a quick flick, she flung the fish up out of the water, the stream's surface exploding as she did so. The startled aquatic creature frantically worked its tail to no avail as it soared helplessly overhead. She had finally done it. She had separated fish from stream with her staff. Now just one task remained, that task being to catch it.
With a huge smile on her face, the pink haired woman raised her arms upward, expectantly awaiting the fish to fall into her hands. A cool, refreshing breeze gently rustled her short, pink locks. Soon, the fish would fall to her. Just a moment more. What could possibly go wrong?
The sizable fish missed her outstretched hands, instead opting to smack right into her face before flopping back down to the safety of the stream. For a moment, Tabitha stood in perfect silence, not moving a muscle. Then she collapsed, unwittingly joining the fish in the water, having been knocked unconscious by said fish.
"Well, I didn't expect the fish to win," Sareth murmured from the stream's bank, still sitting cross-legged, her two-tone eyes on the unconscious woman. "Guess I should pull her out before she drowns." The succubus got up and sighed before wading into the water. She reached the pink-haired woman and heaved her up, taking her back to their camp.
