Her face hurt. Why did her face hurt? Tabitha slowly cracked her eyes open, having just awoken. The pink-haired girl sat up, feeling a tad woozy. What the heck happened? She recalled standing in that stream and doing that fishy training. How did she wind up back at camp? She glanced around, a puzzled expression on her face.
"Glad to see you're awake, Tabitha dear." Sareth sat nearby, sipping a cup of tea, her two-tone eyes on the other woman. "You took an awfully bad blow from a fish."
"From a fish? I got knocked out by a fish?"
The beautiful succubus nodded before taking another sip of tea.
"I can't believe I literally got knocked out by a fish," Tabitha murmured dejectedly, hanging her head down.
"Don't feel bad." Sareth put her teacup down and smiled. "Your skill has improved. It just could use more work."
"So it's back to the stream?"
"No, I have a better idea." The winged woman gestured to a picnic blanket she had set up prior to the brown-eyed girl having regained her consciousness. Upon the blanket, an assortment of sandwich ingredients had been meticulously laid out. "For the next part of your training, why not make yourself a sandwich?"
"A sandwich? That's all? I can do that. Now that I think about it, I am kind of hungry."
"Actually," the blond held a finger up, "there's one catch. While making the sandwich, you may only touch the ingredients with your staff."
