The pink haired girl stepped off of the blood red lake and onto the shore, her shoes pressing into the soft moss. She glanced back at The City of the Lake, a gloomy red haze still lying just over the lake surface. Shifting her attention to the pouch tied about her waist, Tabitha fumbled with said pouch, pulling out the map she had received from that peculiar butler.

"Looks like I'm here," she mumbled, her brown eyes going to the place denoted as The City of the Lake. "So that should mean ..." Her brows furrowed as she studied the map for a moment. "That should be the way." A path lay before her, leading into a thicket of trees. If the map was to be believe, said path should lead to The Manor of Sareth.

"This is going to be a long hike, isn't it?" Tabitha sighed, eyeing the map's contents again. "I can probably make it there by sundown. Guess I should get going."

Map in hand, she began walking down the denoted path, the moss giving way to grass. Trees and wildflowers lined both sides of the path, the occasional tree branch sticking out and slowing her progress. Awkwardly placed branch or not, she pressed onward, dappled sunlight falling across her.

A bit peckish, the brown eyed girl fished a chocolate bar from her pouch. After peeling back the wrapper, she took a quick nibble. Grinning, she continued forward, now with both chocolate and map in hand.
