I stared up at the dark sky everyone asleep and the fire dim. "There has to be a faster way to get back to the island.." I thought. Sitting up I looked around, Dad and Kenji couldn't have left yet right..? Standing up I winced feeling pressure on my ankle as I began walking to the docks with my leg dragging behind me. I heard Bumpy as I quickly looked around I watched as she was being forced to walk, following ever so slowly behind I made it to the docks were it was full of Hawkes and his men. They put Bumpy in a crate as I quickly slipped in without the notice of anyone on the docks.

"Bumpercar!" I beamed seeing her, my smile faded when I saw she couldn't move. "Oh bumper car..." I hugged her and sat in the far end of the crate behind bumpy as we were put on the boat. Falling asleep we were being brought back to the island.

I woke up when I heard cages around me being opened. I hid back behind Bumpy as her eyes flickered towards me then at the door in front of her, looking around I quickly crawled underneath her and grabbed onto some spikes holding myself up, propping my feet up on the fronts of her legs. The gate opened and she began walking. 'I'm so going to get caught' I thought to myself as I held tighter, we walked through the compound as my back sagged against the floor, pulling myself closer to Bumpy's underbelly I held tighter.

"Kenji!" I heard dad shout. Watching my brothers feet pass Bumpy, I looked around trying to hear closer. "So where were you? On the boat, and did your sister ever show up. We need to talk." Dad asked. Kenji sounded annoyed as he spoke "About?" Bumpy kept walking as I didn't see anyone else's feet. Letting go I fell onto the ground, Chaos stepping over me as I quickly crawled to the hallway next to me. Looking and dad and Kenji across the other hall I tried listening in. "Your friends escaped and I may need to... motivate them. Your friends and your sister. That's why I have another dinosaur on its way, she was a bit of a late catch." Kenji looked away then back at dad "You don't need to explain. I get it. It's just business." Kenji said.

"Really? I'm glad you're starting to understand." They began walking away as I looked at the elevator. Crawling towards it I pressed the button and got in once it came down, I needed to warn my friends. I made it out into the jungle biome and looked around. I couldn't crawl out to find them, I had to think of another way... The ankle brace! Yazd's ankle brace! I looked around grabbing a couple sticks that looked strong enough, tucking them into my shoe I ripped part of my pant leg tying it to hold the sticks on my leg. Standing up I wobbled and was able to put the littlest of pressure on it. I then began limping as I looked for my friends. "Zach! Gray!" I yell-whispered as I looked around. Leaning against a tree I saw the bright pink hair of Brooklynn. I quickly went as fast as I couple after them as I saw them stop in front of a compound where my family was. "Y/n?" I heard the thick western accent of Sammy as I turned to her direction. Beside her was Yaz and the Mitchell brothers. "Y/n!" She whispered excitedly pulling me into a hug.

I hugged her tight hiding my face into her shoulder as she was able to notice my uneven weight. "You okay girl?" She asked as I nodded. I moved beside Ben, Brooklynn and Darius as I collapsed onto the ground. "It's Kenji and his new best friend" Ben said through gritted teeth not even acknowledging I was here. Darius patted my back and Brooklynn took my hand. I moved closer to her as I looked at Hawkes. "Me and Kenji were not trusting of him, and we still aren't but he's helped us live at Jurassic World." I said saddened. We listened into Dad and Kenji's talk as Ben slammed his fist against the tree beside him. "I'll follow Kenji, see if it'll lead me to Bumpy." He said getting up. I stood up and while limping I began to follow him. "Y/n you aren't in any condition to go with Ben, Just sit and rest-" Darius started. "No. I should've never left Bumpy's side.. It's my fault- I need to make things right." I said as they all just sighed. "Should someone else come with you?" Brooklynn asked.

"No, you guys get the chips. My girlfriend and I will go find Bumpy" Ben said wrapping his arm around my shoulders. I smiled as they cooed making me roll my eyes. "See you guys in a bit" I said waving quickly as I went as fast as I couple following behind Ben who was practically stalking Kenji. "Ben wait- I have an idea" I said as he stopped. "Kenji!" I shouted as he turned around. "N/n!" He quickly pulled me into a hug as I held him back. "I thought you were still on the island?" He asked as I shook my head. "I snuck in with Bumper Car, I heard what dad said.. And how are you believing him?" I said slapping his chest. "I don't know! I'm starting to get more and more skeptical.." Kenji said. "Come with me to see the dinosaurs!" He said lifting me up which was a lot faster. Sticking my tongue out at Ben I was brought to the dinosaurs much quicker.

Kenji and I vanished into the trees as Ben found Bumpy first. "What's the plan?" Kenji said putting me down beside him. Ben quickly tackled him and glared. "How could you let your dad mind control bumpy?" He asked as Kenji tried to defend himself. "I tried to stop him! I swear Ben. Y/n even did too!" He pleaded as Ben eased up. Pulling Kenji up he glared. "Why should I believe you." Kenji looked heartbroken as he shook his head. "I don't know.." Ben dropped him as I helped Kenji up off the ground, "Don't worry Kenj, I'm sure he'll ease up soon" I assured.

"If I.. we. If we had just listened this wouldn't have happened. I don't expect you all to forgive me but if it helps at all. I'm. Sorry. So, so sorry." Kenji said. "I think you should say it again Kenj." I nudged him as he elbowed me. "I wanna trust you, but.." he looked at bumpy. "Let's get Bumpy back. If it's the last thing we do." Kenji said with a smile. Kenji walked out to the twins as I stood hidden beside Ben, "You stay watch, I'm gonna go save Bumpy" Ben said as I nodded. Kenji led the twins away as Ben ran to Bumpy. I watched him and Bumpy reunite feeling happy for him, watching him attempt to push Bumpy I felt tears in my eyes. I turned away not wanting to watch anymore as I stayed look out,

I felt a hand over my mouth as I attempted to scream out. Bumpy began roaring at Ben as I was tied to one of the chairs by the twin with the controller. "I'm sorry!" I shouted to my brother and boyfriend. I watched in horror as he forced Bumpy to attempted to kill the two. Wobbling in the chair I fell to the ground breaking the weak wood of the chair. Standing up my hands still tied up I rammed into one of the twins only to be caught by the other. "Come on!" I exclaimed standing beside Kenji. "Ben! Come on!" I shouted. "I won't leave her!" He shouted, "Ben run!" Kenji followed. Bumpy rammed Ben into the cage behind him as he fell to the ground. "Stop! You're hurting him!" I shouted.

I was held but the twins beside Kenji again as Bumpy's tail stopped just a few inches above of Ben's head. "Bumpy?" I asked. "Come on Bumpy!" I shouted. "Bumper car for the win!" Kenji shouted after. We all egged on Bumpy bringing out her dinomanity
(like humanity but for dinosaurs 🤭)

"Y/n you remember when we were kids and we used to play a game with mom?" Kenji asked as I nodded. "Yeah it was like rocket launchers, we'd try to knock her into the pool, why?" I asked as he smiled. "Really? Now- Oh!" I smiled as he counted us off, on 1 we rammed into the twins as he jumped onto the controller uncontrolling Bumpy.

Kenji and I were held to the ground as Ben and Bumpy roared scaring away the twins. "Let's go, I wanna hear you say it." I said as Ben pulled us onto Bumpy. "Say what?" Kenji asked. "Say sorry." I smiled as he groaned. "Fine. I. Kenji Ryan Kon am sorry to you, Ben, and Bumpercar. Happy?" He asked as I shrugged. "Could do with more pleading for forgiveness but I'll allow it." I laughed as Ben looked at Kenji while Bumpy walked. "Your middle name is Ryan?" He asked as Kenji narrowed his eyes. "Yours is Fitzgerald!?" He exclaimed as we all laughed. Bumpy ran through the corridors as Kenji and I almost flew off her back. "Ben slow her down a bit!" I exclaimed.

We ran through the door to the forest biome as Kenji hopped off. I held onto Ben as we skid to a halt. I fell forward which pushed Ben over onto of Bumpy's head. "Nice work Ben" Darius said. "Well I had a little help." Bumpy moved to reveal Kenji who the others were not on good terms with. "Hey.." he smiled slightly.
