Monza - {Lando Norris}

Chapter 3

I immediately sit down again at my desk and settle down for the night, night shifts are relatively quiet so I usually find myself just attempting to find multiple things to do to make the night go faster. After about 40 minutes of just scrolling through the laptop double checking I have everything I need to do is completed, I sit back in the comfy chair and let myself rest. After about 3 hours of aimlessly sitting around with  nothing to do, the phone starts to ring and I swiftly answer it "Hi, this is Sofia talking. How may I be of help" There's a slight mutter on the other end of the phone "Um, sorry to ring at this time" the British accent gives it away as to who I'm talking too "I've just woke up and it seems that I've already drunk all the water in my fridge, by any chance could I pester you to get some drinks delivered to my room or I can come down?" His tired voice is soft and gentle "Yes, that is perfectly fine, give me 5 minutes and I will get a floor staff to deliver to your door Mr Norris" I find myself smiling as if he's standing directly in front of me "Thank you Sofia" A quick blush runs across my cheeks at the sound of my name leaving his lips "No problem Mr Norris, goodbye" As I'm about to hang up the phone, I hear the gentle voice through the phone again "Call me Lando please" And with that I place the phone down. I pick up the walkie talkie that sits underneath the desk "Hi everyone, is there any floor staff that could possibly bring a couple bottles of water up to Mr Norris in the Veranda suite, thanks" I'm met with nothing on the other end of the walkie talkie and after a couple minutes it sits in silence. I sigh and pull myself up "Guess I'll do it myself then" I walk towards the dining room and see the lit up fridge and prance over towards it, I grab the small basket and fill it with as many bottles as I can. 

The delicate music fills the elevator as I look towards the mirror that sits in the elevator "Need to book an eyebrow and eyelash appointment, noted" I'll forget that by tomorrow more than likely, god, I talk to to myself far too much.  Once again, I find myself standing outside his door, I lightly knock on it and I can hear the shuffles of feet on the ground inside the room. The door opens in lightning speed and he's stood there with only a pair of bottoms on, I quickly adjust my eyes to his face and see his bed hair is messily across his forehead, he swoops it upwards in attempt to make it look better "Oh, so you deliver the drinks as well, what do you not do?" His voice is full of humour "Not necessarily, I contacted floor staff but it seems they are busy and I couldn't leave you waiting so I decided to do it myself" I walk in and set the basket down on the table directly beside the small fridge, he grabs one of the bottles and downs it in one go "Yeah, I was so thirsty there" He wipes away the small droplets of water from his mouth "That's good stuff" He mutters away to himself. I put a bit of hair behind my ear and look directly at him "Is that everything Mr Norris or is there anything else I can help with?' I pray he says no as I just want to go back down to my desk and chill for the rest of the night "Actually, this might seem silly" He rubs at his temple "So I had a look around after you left earlier and honestly I can't figure out how to use this shower and I don't want to not shower you know? Could I bother you and ask you to explain how to use it?" I softly smile and begin to walk towards the bathroom and he quickly follows me. The bathroom is covered with all his stuff already, I don't think I've ever known a man to have such skin care and hair products "So these showers are complicated the first time but once you know how to work it, you will have zero problems" I walk up towards the shower and look at the panel sitting cutely on the wall "So this is your panel, so we have this green button here" I point my freshly manicured nail at it "So before your shower, you will press this and it turns the panel on. After that, you can set how warm or cold you want the water" I press the up button to make the water warm turn on " And then after that you hop in the shower and you turn your knob there, you don't have to wait for the water to turn hot as once you set the temperature on your panel, it will automatically turn the water to whatever temperature you have chosen" I stick my arm into the shower and turn the knob to show him and the water comes flushing out of the shower head "And with the shower so it has 3 different forces, so obviously this one here is the small force" I flick the knob around "Medium force" I flick the knob around once more "And strong force, it's completely your preference to use whatever one you want" I look at him to see if he understands everything I'm saying and he's just standing there in silence, not even a nod of the head or anything. "To turn the shower off, you just turn the knob around fully, get out and press the red button on your panel, it will turn the whole shower off, but say you forget to press the red button, you don't have to worry since the panel will turn itself off after 20 minutes" I walk away from the shower and dry my hand sitting on the towel rack, he stares at the shower in what looks like confusion "So if I'm in the shower for more than 20 minutes it will turn off?" The curiosity in his voice makes me want to laugh "No, so the panel can sense that the water is running when you're in the shower, it will only turn off once it can't sense the water running. You can stay in the shower as long as you wish" He smiles towards me and only then I notice his cute dimples "That's awesome, I think I love this place" His smile widens as he looks at me before letting out a yawn "Alright Mr Norris, I will leave you now and let you get some rest" I walk towards the door of the bathroom and then make my way to the front door "I told you to call me Lando, but thank you Sofia. That meant alot to me. I probably would have never figured that out myself" My name coming from his mouth sparks butterflies in my stomach and I quickly look to the ground and nod my head "Goodnight" I hear his response and quickly leave his room and once again I find myself standing in the elevator. What did I say I have to do tomorrow again?
