Chapter 25

Sofia's POV

I grab Lando's hand as we walk back towards the vip section and to my joy when we walk in them girls have left by then, Max walks over to us before leaning on Lando's shoulder and shouting into his ear "Where have you been bro? That girl was asking for you before they all left" Lando glances to me and I stand there with no emotion on my face "Max dude, if you ever see her again tell her to leave me the fuck alone" Lando's strict tone makes Max move back from him before looking at me and then back to Lando "Fuck, sorry Lando" Max turns to me before smiling "Hope you've had a good night Sofia" We walk over to where Carlos and all them ones are sitting, Lando says hey to Charlotte and Isa as he gives death stares to Pierre who pays no attention to him as he scrolls on his phone "Where's Yuki?" Lando asks as Pierre finally puts his phone down "Still on the dance floor" Pierre quickly glances at me and smiles before turning back to his phone "Sofia! Let me get your phone number and I'll add you to this group chat of all the girlies!!" Charlotte screams as she passes me her phone as I quickly put my phone number in before handing it back to her. "So Sofia how did you and Lando meet?" The thick Spanish accent of Carlos shouts across to me, Lando continues to stare at Pierre who seems not interested in the conversation "We met at the hotel I worked at" I shouted across to him as Charles listens contently and Charlotte and Isa are in their own conversation "That's cute" Pierre pipes up as he doesn't bother to look up from his phone, I quickly glance at him before turning my attention back to Carlos "That's cool, have you guys any plans for the 2 week break?" Lando is now the one to shout across to Carlos "Yeah, we're going to Bali, our flight is tomorrow night!" Pierre's head snaps over to me and Lando "Seriously?" Pierre stares directly at me as Lando stares back at him "That's funny! Me and Yuki are also going to Bali tomorrow!" Pierre laughs loudly and Lando goes to say something else but our attention is diverted to a sweat drenched Yuki struggling to walk towards us "Best...night...ever" He struggles to catch his breath as he throws himself on the sofa and grabs a drink and begins to down it with most of it running down his t-shirt "Yuki, you're such a mess" Pierre comments and both Charlotte and Isa laugh at the sight of him, Yuki ruffles his hair and looks around all of us "So everyone having a good night?" He settles himself more into the seat as everyone nods their head in agreement whereas Lando sits with a face like a slapped ass on him, everyone sees the face on him but no one comments on it as his grip on my thigh gets tighter. Everyone begins to talk amongst themselves as still Lando glances over to Pierre every now and again before looking down at me "You ok Sofia?" I take a small sip of the alcoholic drink before looking up to him "Yeah, I'm all good, are you not drinking anymore" Lando quickly shakes his head "Want to sober up" He sounds annoyed and I can't figure out if it's me that has done something wrong or since we're in such close proximity of Pierre, it's currently 1am and Charles and Carlos are talking about leaving soon along with their girlfriends "We'll leave when they go then" Lando whispers into my ear as I nod in agreement. Yuki and Pierre are in a deep dark secret conversation in the corner by themselves before they approach us once more, Yuki is still staggering around as Pierre holds him up "Right, we're going to leave guys! It's been fun, see you all soon hopefully" Yuki waves at us all before walking to the exit of the section as Pierre walks towards Charles and Carlos giving them both a fist bump before making his way to give Charlotte and Isa a polite kiss on their cheeks, he then makes his way over to me and Lando, he gives Lando a fist bump before turning to me and giving me a small kiss on my cheek, I feel Lando tense up beside me "See you later Sofia, have fun in Bali, hopefully we can meet up?" I say nothing as he makes his way over to Yuki and slings his arm over Yuki's shoulder to help him walk out of the club. 

It finally hits 2am and we've all decided it would be best if we went home, Lando had texted Ben who replied saying he would be about 10 minutes until he arrived. Charles and Carlos and their girlfriends had left so it just left me and Lando in the dimmed vip section, I look outside of the vip section to see people still having a good night and getting far too drunk, I can feel Lando's gaze burning into the side of my face, he's completely sober now "Sorry for snapping at you earlier" He draws circles onto my palm "I just got so jealous when I seen you and Pierre together. I am sorry though, I should have never shouted at you" I take his hand into mine and smile as I stare into his stunning green eyes "It's ok Lando, you were drunk and no one is really good at holding their emotions with drink in them" He looks around the empty vip section before turning around again to look at me "You were drunk when you seen that girl all over me, how did you control your emotions?" I laugh slightly as he asks the question "I keep it all to myself, it would be quite embarrassing if I threw a tantrum over it since we aren't together. I was incredibly jealous Lando" I laugh as he listens on "I just distracted myself by going over and talking to Charles and Carlos" His phone beeps to indicate that Ben has arrived "I don't think I'll ever be able to control my emotions especially if I see a man all over you. I think I would have liked it if you threw a tantrum, I can imagine you shouting at her now and it's quite hot" I slap his back as he stands up, he reaches his hand out for me and I take it as he pulls me up "C'mon, let's go home" I smile as he says home and bring myself as close as I possibly can to him. We walk out of the club and straight into Ben's car as he zooms off quickly. We arrive back at Lando's house quite quickly and the house is still in complete darkness, we hop out of the car as Lando digs through his pockets to retrieve the house keys "Wonder where they are, they haven't texted"  We walk into the house and Lando quickly turns on the lights and walks into the kitchen and grabs both of us a drink of water, I sit down at the kitchen table where there's a small note sitting, I lift it up and open it "Lando, look at this" He takes the note off me and begins to read it 'Lando, we've had to leave on short notice for Flo's show jumping. Sorry dear we can't see you off before you and Sofia head to Bali. Have a great time and be sensible. Love you xx Cisca' He throws the note back onto the table before turning to me "You coming to bed then, it's been a long day and I'm absolutely exhausted" He yawns dramatically as I finish off my glass of water before I swiftly get off the seat and begin to walk up the stairs with Lando following. I start to make my way towards the guest room as Lando stops in front of his door and turns to look at me "Would you maybe... like to stay in my bed tonight? If not it's ok" I smile at his awkwardness as he fidgets with the door handle "Yeah, that sounds fun. Let me just go take this makeup off and then I'll be in" I practically run into the room and rush into the bathroom to remove my makeup, it doesn't take long for my face to be bare. I quickly run the brush through my hair before throwing it into a messy bun and doing some minimal skincare, I quickly brush my teeth before running out to the bed and grabbing my silky blouse and short pyjamas and throwing them on. I run to Lando's door before pushing the door open to see Lando laying on top of bed with only a pair of shorts on. He's too concentrated on the tv to notice me coming in and I slip my way into the bed beside him, the movement from the bed makes him turn to look at me as he smiles widely and pulls the duvet over his body "I really enjoyed tonight Sofia, I can't wait to head off to Bali" He rubs at his eyes to indicate how tired he is "Do you want to watch anything" I yawn quietly as he stares at me "No, I think I'm going to go to sleep, I'm so tired" Lando quickly turns the tv off as I turn onto my side and he cuddles into me "Good night Sofia" Within minutes I'm in a deep sleep.
