Sofia is a hotel receptionist who wants to explore new opportunities, once she meets Lando she gets her wish but is it really worth it? The fame is new to her, will she be able to cope with the constant reporters and fans harassing her every second...
After what felt like hours on the beach we decide to leave to go get ready for our date at the restaurant, my skin was a gorgeous tanned golden colour now as we begin to walk up the steps of the beach, it must have been around 3pm now, we honestly spent most of the morning on the beach lying around as we talked about the rest of Lando's season, he had told me he was nervous for it but mainly excited as he got a thrill out of racing every weekend, the next race was in Singapore and Lando was making sure I was going to it and I had replied back to him saying I had to go see my parent's first before I even thought about going to Singapore with him. We had 3 more days of being out here in Bali before we flew back to London for one day before setting off for Singapore, I quickly text my dad about the plans to make sure it suits my parents and my dad quickly responds to says it's fine and that he will see me soon "Do you want to meet my parents or is it too early for this talk?" I laugh as we make our way towards the resort as Lando's eyes are hid by his sunglasses so I can't read the expressions on his face, he pushes the key into the door before pushing the door open as he walks silently into the kitchen before setting all his stuff down on the counter and turning to look at me "Your father won't give me a lecture, will he?" Lando laughs as he removes his sunglasses and sets down on the counter along with his other items "It's not my papa you have to worry about.. it's more my mama" I nervously bite my lower lip at the thought of Lando meeting my mama, she's always been such a judgmental person and nothing can ever please her, I would be scared that she would possibly scare Lando off, Lando walks and sits down on the sofa as he begins to scroll on his phone "I'm not worried, they'll love me" He says with a cocky smile on his face, I know for a fact my papa will love him but my mama... that's what worries me. Lando stays seated on the sofa as I grab myself a glass of water "Our reservation is at 6pm so we don't have to get ready for another while" I throw myself down beside Lando as he continues to scroll on his phone, I place my head on his nude shoulder as he scrolls through instagram, his timeline is mostly Formula one and his friends and then there's the odd model that he follows where he glances at me and then unfollows them quickly as he mutters sorry to me, I laugh at the stupidity of Lando as he unfollows every girl that pops up on his instagram timeline, it makes me feel good that he's doing it but at the same time I don't want to come across as that possessive insecure girlfriend as I can already imagine a fan page of Lando's typing something like that out as the caption of the instagram post, I mentally sigh as I remove my head from Lando's shoulder as he now begins to scroll on twitter and like all the tweets that his fans have tagged him in talking about his merchandise or about his performance this season, he stops as he looks up at me as I begin to remove myself from the sofa "Huh? Where are you going?" He sits forward a tiny bit on the sofa as he sets his phone down "Gonna go shower, I feel stinky" Lando laughs as he begins to get off the sofa "Stinky?" He walks towards the kitchen once more as he walks around to the sink and grabs himself a glass of water "I don't think I've ever heard anyone describe themselves as stinky, you're a strange one Sofia" He laughs once more before he takes a sip of the water "You're so cute Sofia" I turn to face Lando and he's already staring at me as he leans against the counter with the glass of water in his hand, I feel myself begin to blush as I turn around and make my way to the room to begin to get ready "Can't wait to see how gorgeous you look!" Lando shouts to me as I walk into my room and pull the door close as I smile to myself.
I hum along to the gentle sound of the music that is playing from my phone as I step out of the shower into the steamy bathroom, I quickly wrap my hair into a towel before I begin to do my skincare, once I've finished my skincare and brushed my teeth I walk back into my bedroom and go straight for my suitcase as I begin to dig through it in search for an outfit for tonight, Lando said the restaurant was quite a posh one so to wear something classy and appropriate, I pull out a white dress which is cut out underneath my breasts which goes around the back of it and it's tied at the back of the neck, I pull out a pair of nude slip on heels with a two clear straps on them and then a black small handbag, I throw the outfit along with the accessories onto the bed before I remove my hair from the towel and begin to dry it, I decide to curl it loosely and once I run my brush through my hair the waves turn into waves which I'm happy about that outcome, I then begin to start my makeup opting for a nude look as I dash the light brown across my eyelid with a darker brown in the crease, and a dark nude on my lips as I pull the clear gloss across my lips, I quickly spray my setting spray onto my face before getting up and throwing my outfit on, struggling to get the dress on without getting makeup on the white dress, after a couple minutes of struggle, I finally get the dress on and slip the high heels on before spraying myself with my favourite perfume and accessorising my outfit with some golden bracelet's on both arms along with rings on my fingers. I walk out of the room as I check the time on my phone as it reads 4:45pm, I walk out to the kitchen as I look around and see no sign of Lando as I hear clutter coming from his room as I grab a champagne glass and pour some white wine into it before grabbing a second one and placing it out for Lando, I don't pour any wine into it yet as I don't want it to get warm so I place the bottle of wine back into the fridge as I take my glass and make my way to the sofa as I take a seat and begin to scroll on instagram, unfollowing accounts I no longer need to follow. After a while of scrolling on instagram, Lando finally appears from his room wearing a dark grey buttoned up t-shirt along with black trousers with a pair of black fancy looking trainers, he has a pair of different designer sunglasses slid into the collar of his t-shirt as he's left one button opened. "I've left you a glass up there, the wine is in the fridge" I stay scrolling on my phone as I've now moved onto the twitter, I hear the fridge open and quickly close again as I hear liquid being poured and then footsteps walking towards me, Lando plops down beside me as he sips at his wine "You really took your time getting ready today Lando" I giggle as he always made fun of how long it took us females to get ready, he gulps down the rest of his wine before leaning forward and setting the glass down onto the coffee table in front of us, he then turns to face me as he stares hard examining my every feature "You're so incredibly beautiful Sofia, I'm so lucky... I can't believe you're actually my girlfriend" Lando speaks quietly as he continues to stare, I have to pull myself away from the eye contact as I move my eyes onto my rings placed on my fingers as I feel myself getting nervous from the constant eye contact. Lando gently grabs my face as he pulls it up again so I'm looking at him once more "You're so cute when you're nervous" His breath fans onto my face as he's closed the space between us, his nose rubbing against mine as he proceeds to glance from my eyes and down to my lips multiple times before he gently places his lips onto mine as our mouths begin to move in sync before he slides his tongue into my mouth as the taste of wine from his mouth floods into mine, the kiss is delicate and passionate as Lando gently swipes his tongue around in my mouth as his hands rest on both sides of my face, the kiss goes on for another couple of minutes before Lando pulls away and the loss of his lips on mine makes me desperate for his touch again, he jumps off the sofa and reaches his hand out to me and I swiftly take it as he pulls me off the sofa, he takes my empty glass of me and lifts his empty glass off the coffee table before bringing them both over to the sink and quickly rinsing them out before setting them onto the drying rack. The time is now 5:20pm as Lando begins to walk over to me and take my hand into his before he grabs his phone and waller off the counter and placing them into his pocket before we walk out of the resort and begin to walk towards our destination which Lando said isn't too far off the restaurant we ate in last night, we take our time walking and taking in the scenery along with the warm evening air, many people are still in the water at the beach as they screech with happiness as me and Lando stay hand in hand smiling to ourselves at how content we are with life currently and I wish for this feeling to never leave me.
