17. Sudden change

  When all the lights
gets disappear
The darkness  basks
You up here
And I feel nothing
Without you
But at the end of the day
You hurt me all the way
I wanted to feel free
And so I decided
To let you be
Now I'm starting my life again

It's my poem, I just made this in my free time, tell me how is it. I'm excited to know your comments. Actually, I don't know where to post I only have this place to show off💅 lol.              

Enough with my boring poems let's get back to the story!!!

It's one of the Saturdays when Taehyung and Jungkook sit together and stargaze. Taehyung had a peaceful smile on his lips whereas Jungkook had a confused frown.

Taehyung nudged Jungkook and asked what happened but Jungkook politely said that it was because of some work stress.

Taehyung sighed for the nth time with Jungkook's senseless answers. Whereas Jungkook was thinking about the feeling that he got whenever he met Taehyung's eyes.

Taehyung's eyes, well it's indeed so deep and warm, his brown almond eyes say something to Jungkook that he cannot understand. But he feels so safe and secure around Taehyung. The same feeling from the morning disturbed Jungkook to the core.

The same warm hands touched him but now on his hands and pushed him upwards to stand pulling Jungkook from his train of thought.

"What are you thinking kookie, I have been calling you but you seem to be lost in thoughts", Taehyung said with a so-done expression.

"Ah, I'm sorry Tae, I was just you know", Jungkook rambled while scratching his back neck.

"That's ok leave it, come let's go".

I know you are thinking about your past and hurting yourself Kookie, Taehyung thought.

"No, let's be here for some time and we can go, please Taehyungie", Jungkook said in a whiny tone.

Taehyung chuckled, "I know you like stargazing but we are not going home but somewhere", Taehyung said with a mischievous smile.

"Where", Jungkook asked with confused eyes. Rather than answering Jungkook, Taehyung dragged him downstairs. They both hopped into Taehyung's car and Taehyung drove somewhere.

At first, Jungkook seems to be unconvinced but he trusts Taehyung so he let all the worries down and starred outside, capturing every place in his eyes and enjoying the peaceful silence.

After a few minutes, Taehyung's car stopped, indicating that they reached their destination.

Taehyung came jogging to Jungkook's side and opened the door for him. It's new to Jungkook, Taehyung never did that to him, what happened to him all of a sudden. Or maybe he's just like this and Jungkook never knows this because he traveled in Taehyung's car with him one or two times so maybe he doesn't know him?

Taehyung grabbed Jungkook's hand and made him come out of his car.

"Come on", Taehyung said.

But when Jungkook came out two big yet warm hands covered his eyes blocking him to look forward.

"T-Tae"

"Shhh, don't talk and just walk", Taehyung said and lead Jungkook near a rally. Jungkook placed his hands on the rally and he can able to hear some water movements.

Suddenly the warmness in his eyes disappeared and Taehyung asked him to open his eyes.

"Wow". That's all left of Jungkook's mouth after what he saw. He was speechless with the view in front of him. Taehyung moved to his side.

"It's it's beautiful, Tae", Jungkook said after adjusting himself to this environment. It was a mesmerizing view of the Han River.

"It's indeed very beautiful", Taehyung whispered looking at Jungkook. This whipped duck head.

After a long time, enjoying the view to the fullest, Jungkook turned to Taehyung who seems to be lost in thoughts.

"Why, why did you bring me here all of sudden", Jungkook asked.

Taehyung shrugged, "I just feel like going somewhere with you". Taehyung said giving all his attention to Jungkook.

"Oh", That's all Jungkook can say at that moment.

He really doesn't understand why Taehyung changes like this, like this caring and lovable?

They both stayed like that, no one uttered a word, they already got immersed into their own thoughts.

After enjoying the peaceful view Taehyung asked,

"Shall we go Kookie", Jungkook turned to face Taehyung and nodded.

They both again hopped into the car and drove off to their apartment.

After some comfortable silence, Jungkook started a conversation.

"Thank you, Tae", he said with a faint smile.

"For?"

"For taking me out, here"

Taehyung let out a little laugh.

"I would love to if you let me do this always", Jungkook only nodded and Taehyung noticed it.

He noticed Jungkook slowly drifting to his sleep but hardly trying not to fall asleep. So he decided to say,

"Sleep Kookie, I'll wake you up when we reach", and found Jungkook who was already asleep.

He smiled fondly and caressed the younger's hair for which Jungkook leaned towards the warmness.

Taehyung's smile grew thinking that the younger was doing this in his sleep. But little did he know that Jungkook was well aware of his action.

He doesn't know but something in him wanted to do that. Something in him wanted to be more close to Taehyung. Something in him wanted to hug him to cuddle him to.....

To spend the rest of his life with him?

He doesn't know why he feels like this but he neither regrets it nor feels uncomfortable. His poor heart only needs to be loved again after suffering and craving for years.

Jungkook was not sure about anything not sure about his feeling and he don't want to clear things up immediately right now he was safe with Taehyung and he trusts him.

With a mind full of confusion and a heart full of pain he drifted off to sleep.

Taehyung's car stopped in front of their apartment. He parked the car and went to Jungkook's side to open the door he didn't notice that Jungkook was leaning against the door. So when he opened the door Jungkook fall into Taehyung's hands. Fortunately, Taehyung caught him.

Sweet tingles run through Taehyung's side neck. His heart started to beat faster, his face was so close to the other that even if one of them moved a bit little closer they can have their kiss, he had never been this close to the younger.

Taehyung cleared his throat and composed himself and tried to wake Jungkook up but being the hard-to-wake-up guy, Taehyung failed in his attempt.

And so Taehyung finally decided to carry the one who was unaware of his condition and the impact caused by him to his apartment.

Surprisingly Jungkook had a very good sleep that night without having any nightmares. And this was his second night of good sleep.
