JAKE AND SUNOO watched as Haeyul talked with Eve, their voices hushed, even with their increased hearing—they still couldn't hear. The two girls were in the corner of the dining hall, discussing some girl's matter when Haeyul excused herself from the dinner table. Eve's pink face caught Sunghoon's attention. It made him eager to know the subject of the conversation.

"They seem to be having fun." Heeseung commented when Eve and Haeyul laughs could be faintly heard.

"Haeyul must have felt lonely since she has no girl friends to talk to." Sunoo sympathized, pouting his lips.

Riki shrugged. "If she is, she should just leave then." The youngest prince told. Sunoo glared at his lack of humanity, but Riki didn't care, they are vampires not humans. They were born with no humanity.

Haeyul excused herself from the small conversation she had with Eve and walked towards her seat. She sat down and glanced at the princes, "Yes? Do you need anything?" She asked.

Jake eyed his brother, Sunghoon, and grinned. An idea lighting up in his head. "Say," He said, "does Miss Evelyn fancies anyone?"

Eve tilted her head at the sudden question. "That is quite a personal question." She replied, "Shouldn't you ask her yourself if you're so keen to know?"

Sunoo held in his laugh as a smile quivered on his lips. Jake blinked his eyes, stunned from her response. "Y-you have a point." He stammered.

Prince Sunoo hid his face as his shoulder jumped up and down violently. His face and ears turning red in the process. Heeseung looked at the human proudly. Who knew Seo Haeyul had the audacity to talk back to a prince.

"Oh yea!" Haeyul exclaimed. "Did any of you tried my apple pie?"

Heeseung smiled, "We did."

"It was delicious, Haeyul!" Sunoo beamed, giving her two thumbs up. Haeyul smiled widely, "Was it too overcooked?" She asked. It was her first time using a cast iron stove, so she was worried for the outcome of the pie.

Sunoo protruded his lips, falling silent since he never had pies before, he didn't know whether it was undercooked or not. Noticing his brothers' silence, Jay answered the question. "It was just right."

Haeyul exhaled in relief. Atleast she wouldn't be incarcerated for food poisoning, "That's good." She said.

"Haeyul, do you have any plans while you are staying here?"

The brunette shook her head in response. "I don't really know much about this world and honestly, I just hope to figure out how to find my way back as soon as possible." She truthfully answered, having no reasons to hide the truth from them.

Riki sniggered, "You're a time traveler, of course you know how to find your way back." He retorted.

Haeyul opened her mouth to counteract his remark but remembered that she hasn't told the seven princes about her not being a time traveler. She thought back when Heeseung claimed she was a time traveler since she was reading a book about it and remembered that she hadn't been able to deny such assumption.
