THE SEVEN PRINCES sat in the office, all of them stayed silent, waiting for anyone to speak first. Prince Jungwon sets his papers down on the table and sighed, his eyes met with Sunghoon's. He leaned towards the table as he faced Jake and Sunghoon, "How was the trip?" He inquired.

"It was successful. They accepted the proposal rather easily." Prince Sunghoon informed. He and Jake had gone to the siren's area at the south, specifically, they went to The Red Ocean. It's the city for sirens, for that reason, many don't dare to trespass that area.

Jungwon quirked his brow, "Did they threaten to snap your necks or attempt to lure you into a trap?"

Prince Jake slowly nodded his head. "One of them tried to lure me with their singing, but Sunghoon snapped me out of the trance just in time." He explained, going through his report while still maintaining eye contact. "We gave them a warning after by killing one of their guardians."

"What?" Prince Heeseung said, stunned.
Jungwon smirked subtly, masking his satisfaction with a stoned face. "Did it scare them?"

"Jungwon." Heeseung frowned, "That 'simple' action might have caused a conflict between the siren and us, vampires." He reminded the younger, unable to understand how Jungwon could be so laid back after hearing Jake.

The latter shrugged, "What matters is the outcome. I don't care whether they kill tens or thousands of sirens. They only did what they had to do." Jungwon shamelessly answered.

The elder sat speechless in his seat, "Jungwon, what-" Ignoring his older brother's concerned tone, he diverted the topic and focused on Sunoo. "What is the current report on Haeyul?" He asked.

"She's skeptical of the potion you gave her." The prince pressed his lips together, a sigh leaving his lips.

Jungwon was about to question his statement, but Sunoo had beat him to it. "She thinks it's a fraud, that you're trying to kill her. I tried to convince her you're not, but..." Sunoo scratched the back of his head. Prince Jungwon clenched his jaw out of annoyance. Why is this girl so difficult to handle? "On the bright side, she is energetic enough to rebut with me."

Sunoo sighed frustratedly, "I still haven't got a clue the cause of her sudden fainting." He stressed.

"I might have a clue." Heeseung said.

"That day a few moments before she fainted, she was together with me in my office. She was asking questions about time travelling and her question alarmed me." He began, "She asked how to travel through time, and usually, time travelers would know that best. When I asked whether she remembers, she shook her head. So, I quickly told her to read about the risks of being a time traveler. One of them was about memory loss."

The six brothers paused when they heard the last sentence. "You're implying that she might have lost her memories?" Jake warily asked as if he didn't believe what he was asking.

Heeseung nodded, spinning his quill in his hands. "She was shocked, obviously. I wasn't quick enough to calm her and by that time, she was already in her room, unconscious." He said grimly.

The youngest prince quietly muttered, "She was alone."
Sunoo nodded, "She must have been so scared." He empathized.
Prince Riki stared at Heeseung sharply, then at Jungwon. "She was alone in that room, not only did she fell unconscious, but you said she was crying. If none of you had heard her scream, she would have been in her room for hours—days even!" Riki exploded, his chest climbed up and down.

"None of you treat her like a human." His eyes lingered on Jungwon, "You treat her like a piece of object." Riki spat.

Jungwon stood up from his seat, the chair falling from the big force. Everyone jumped at the sound while Jungwon pierced daggers to Riki. "You know nothing." Jungwon sternly said.

"Do I?" Riki questioned without missing a beat.
"Meeting dismissed."

Jay, who hadn't uttered a single word in meeting, glanced at Jungwon's walking figure and Riki's relaxed stance. "Why did you do that?" He asked the younger boy. Riki knew he had tug on Jungwon's nerve as a lopsided smile grew on his face. He shrugged as a respond.
"No reason. I was just stating the facts."

"All of you say or think you've treated her well, but none of you thought of inviting her to join us for dinner. Every day, she spends her time by roaming the castle' ground without a destination. I know you have come across in the hallways, but none of you try to entertain her."

With Riki's statement, everyone was left speechless as Riki left the office. Prince Jake nudged Sunghoon by his elbow, "Why is he blaming us?" He whispered, "We were busy outside the region." He sulked.

"Ask Jay." Sunghoon replied.

"Yah, I may be your triplet, but that doesn't mean I have the ability to know everything about the two of you!" Jay protested.
