Hello readers!
How are you?
Just stopping by, to say that this chapter as well as the next one will be on Brian's POV. BUT if you see writing in this 'font' - basically in italic form - that will be in Cherry's dream.
Also this is the second last chapter and it might be quite long. Originally this story is about one and half in a word processer but since the last chapter is so long, I decide to merge a bit of the last chapter into this chapter so, you guys won't be left with a cliff-hanger.
Aren't I nice? LOL :L
Anyway, I hope you all enjoy this chapter.
Comment below for your thoughts and if you have advice feel free to share it. Good or bad, I will take as professional as I can.
Vote for faster uploads of the last chapter but you don't have to.

I was at the end of my wits by the end of the day. Last night we hold a prayer for Alex and all the pack members attend it and gave their condolence. Since the day we brought Alex back from the fight, everyone had started wearing black even the humans who knew Alex did the same thing.
Cherry haven't been eating properly but she tries to eat as much as she can for the baby. But lately, she's always in daze. She stops crying the night we left Nathan's office, in fact she stop showing any emotion at all. She will sit at the window seat in her bedroom all day long, looking in the distant.
It was as if she turns into an empty doll or robot. She do the same thing over and over again as if she was program to do it.
Today was the funeral. Everyone came along even human and show their respect. They have single white rose in their hand before throwing it at Alex's coffin before it was buried. A lot of people cried, mostly elders and the children that always play or train with Alex.
Alex's family cried harder than the rest of the people who attend. But pack members sent Cherry a pity look. They knew Alex death had a big affect on her as they all stare at her daze state. I have to drag Cherry back home, away from their prying eyes. But the way she is now is breaking my heart.
Every hour pass, I wished and hope that Cherry would cry or get angry than walk around like a zombie. Emma and Athena had come and visit as often as they can and tried their best to put some sense back to Cherry but all their attempts was left in vain.
The twins, Lee and Leo came by yesterday to cheer Cherry up but all they got from her was a distant look in her eyes.Tylerand Arvin couldn't stop by but they call whenever they find free time. At the moment, Nathan and I are standing at the door watching Cherry swings back and forth with one of Alex shirt on her hand.
Somehow, she hand found a way to get in Alex room. I had locked that room as an advice from the pack doctor who visit yesterday. He told me that Cherry was lucky enough to survive. A mate who witnesses the death of their other half always leads to suicidal.
"How long had she been in here?" Nathan asks eyes still on Cherry.
"I don't really know. After the funeral, I brought her home and I watch her go to her room. Then I started to make lunch for her and when I came up, I saw Alex's door open and she's in there. I didn't know what to do that's why I called you." I said rubbing my temple.
"Did you try to take her out of here?"
"I tried about five times before you got here but she always end up here minutes later even if I locked the door."
